I ordered a whole pork shoulder from Diddys on 5/04/2024 because I was expecting out of town Guest. Honestly the meat was tender to the bone and very well seasoned. All they didnt eat they took back with them. I told a friend about Diddys and they got plates from there on 05/10/2024 and said everything was delicious. What a great dining experience.
I was hesitant to eat here at first, but it genuinely surprised me. Got the pulled pork sandwich, and it was actually good.
My opinion is the BBQ here is dry. It's decent, just too dry for my liking. Baked Beans and alright. Just not enough flavor.
