I had a great meal with good service. The restaurant is nice and clean with an upscale interior, which is a nice surprise for a restaurant on the forgotten South side of Jackson TN. If you have never ate sushi and want to try it then the Omar roll & chicken fried rice is a good start & it is absolutely delicious! My best friend recommended it to me & not only did I LOVE it but my kids did as well!

I never ate sushi before. I've tried sushi at other places since eating here & Kanpai is hands down my favorite! I don't eat anything raw, but I'm sure that's delicious too if you like that. This place is a gem!
