As a visitor to Jackson, TN, I had no idea where to grab a quick, good meal. Dixie Castle was recommended, and I am so glad it was. The service and food was outstanding! Short wait for food. No wait for service. Give it a try. You won't regret the experience.
Dixie Castle in Jackson has been our favorite for years. Best steaks ever! They cut their steaks by hand everyday. Our family loves to go for steaks on Friday or Saturday nights. I recommend the filet! Ribeyes are so good also. The filet melts in your mouth. I always have a side salad too which is actually a full size salad. (You won’t find warm homemade banana pudding like theirs).
The food was good. We came during the lunch rush and the wait was too long. It's not a very big restaurant, so the space is tight. Overall a pleasant dining experience, will eat here again.
Parking: This place stays busy and the parking spots fill up fast. You may have to park on another street and walk.
