Hello, I do not like giving bad reviews, but here I go. Recently I ordered 6 cup cake 3 days prior to my pickup, for my husband's birthday. Everything seemed good, service, easy order, but than I picked up my order, great! I got them home, opened box and as I picked up the cupcake from out of box, there it was a long strand of hair. I wasn't surprised because no one had hair net on in the shop. Needless to say I will not purchase anything from this establishment. Hair nets are a must when working with food, especially expensive cupcakes.

Gigi's Cupcakes! We love them very much, but today we are tried the cherry cheesecake and turtle cheesecake.. oh my goodness they are amazing! We love buying the cupcakes at Gigi's for birthdays or just because. They are so beautiful and very delicious!

I ordered two cupcakes one was SUPPOSED TO BE gluten free and was not i had an immediate reaction and they were both dry as can be. The icing was hard. The cupcakes were definitely inedible. Money wasted and lesson learned. Used to love the cupcakes from here but the last two times have been terrible this will definitely be put last time going here.

My sisters and I were welcomed the moment we walked in. I got the strawberry shortcake cupcake and a caramel apple. When I asked if they could slice the apple, one of the employees went out of her way to take it to the back and cut it up for me. Everything we had was delicious—truly a 10/10 experience.

Gigi’s can do cookies didn’t know if you knew that but they do. They were delicious. They nailed the colors and the design. I highly recommend them! And let me also mention the price was the best in town!
We were with a school trip coming from Memphis back up to Kentucky a couple months ago and my little brother and 2 of his friends, 7th grade, went In and were treated so rudely. The cashier never stopped Watching them and berated them for not knowing what they wanted saying things like they aren't important and to just pick. They tried to pay with cash, but the tax made it 6 CENTS more expensive than what they had so three boys had to split one cupcake. Gigis will not go bankrupt over 6 cents so that 3 7th graders can enjoy their vacation. I'm so glad we Iive near the Lexington Gigis location, which is very nice.

This is my first time at a GiGi's and it was delicious. The place has a whimsical, yet simple decor and a delightful selection. Even with a highly biased opinion, these are some good cupcakes and the cheesecake is thick and creamy. Also, I have to mention as a gig worker they've been excellent at having orders ready upon arrival for delivery.

Convenient, reliable and punctual. I needed a last minute cake for my mother’s birthday. I’m very busy and could find no one to assist me with a last minute cake in Memphis so I decided to look for someone more local to my mother and found Gigi’s! Ms. Rachel assured me that she could take care of it, and she did just that! She even helped me carry it to the car.?❤️ My mom absolutely loved her birthday cake.(you can tell by the spot of icing she scooped with her finger)??? She said everything about it was perfect. I highly recommended Gigi’s!

Last weekend I came to Jackson with my mom, mother in law, and daughter. We decided on Gigis for a sweet treat. When we walked in the door someone from the back yelled they would be with us in a minute, ok no big deal, but not the best customer service. While we looked at the menu we let another customer go ahead of us, the person helping was very short and rude while helping that customer and while my mother in law asked the difference between two flavors the other customer ordered. (this was our first time here) My mother in law asked the person helping her what her favorite flavor was, and very rudely was told strawberry as hateful as they could say it. As we could tell this person was in a very obvious bad mood, my mother in law asked her how her day was going trying to lighten the mood- this person responded by being visibly agitated, rubbed her face, and responded “what do you need” to the question as rudely as they could. I finally stood up and said we didn’t want anything from someone who was being as rude as they were. They were then suddenly take a back that someone else finally had a attitude with them, even though they were blatantly disrespectful towards my mother in law. Finally another person comes from the back and states they are the manager and we let them know how awful the employee is, and get an “im sorry”. We left without purchasing anything, and will not be returning.
