How many times do you leave a fast food restaurant feeling like you had a great experience? By far, in all our travels, this was the best! I arrived just a few minutes after breakfast. (We're in an RV traveling north, wanting a biscuit sandwich.) They had no breakfast meat left but said they could fix us a bacon biscuit. They could have said sorry and been finished. They we're way beyond accommodating and sweet. I received a senior discount without asking and a little surprise when I opened my sack. The bacon biscuits were delicious!! Thanks, ladies and the young man who prepared our bacon biscuits.I LOVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Jacks on south highland in Jackson TN. 04/01/24 Time 6:30 pm. The only woman that was working this shift at the front counter had a horrible attitude because she sold us things off the menu and told the next customer she was out of that item and when I said something she made faces and talked horrible. I will never eat there again. And after the fact she made a milkshake I had order and put 75 percent of it milk. Jacks this woman is going to lose yall alot of customers she needs to be fired

I had a problem with my order last Thursday or Friday. So I said something to the same crew that had messed my order up this morning. Oh no that wasn't us and I clearly remember the lady and gentlemen that was working this morning. I also remembered her rushing me through the drive thru when I was trying to place my order. And there's so much background noise laughing and talking loudly on the speaker. I'm not against having fun at work. It helps time go by. But, to argue and not get an apology or trying to fix the issue or anything. I normally eat here 4 days a week. Not after today. That was just a bad way to handle the situation. I asked for the manager and she shut the window on me.

Lady that took our order was very rude and acted like we were bothering her. Which sucks makes you not want to spend your money here. Ice machine was constantly spitting ice out all over the floor they didn’t bother to let anybody know. Food was hard and old. Floors and tables dirty . Employees constantly playing and talking and it was not work related. Really hate our family spent $50 here because it was not worth it at all. Never again, I do not recommend this location.

They need employees to know what they are doing last 3 visits very bad interaction with the employees ordered the fish dinner one person said no we don't serve this yet another decides to change my order to a sandwich combo no that's not what I ordered finally get my fish dinner not cooked properly tried my fries cold and stale complaints about fries somebody from the back of the restaurant yells out they just cooked those why do you have to lie I was there 10 min and never once did they drop new fries a very bad visit to this Jacks Restaurant

I would give more stars for food, except the portion size compared to price is astronomical! I don't usually eat there unless I really don't have any other options! Taste is delicious!! Portion size is to small!

The cashier in the drive through charged me double just to get herself a sandwich. Never coming here again. Horrible customer service

The chicken was small, The fries was not seasoned, The Coastlaw was dry and no taste. Did not like the greenbeans. Green beans had no flavor. The white meat breast was very dry. We used to get really good food there, But not anymore. Do not recommend jacks there after five o'clock. Well not go back! Mr. And Mrs. Timothy

Absolutely the worst place to go for chicken...Placed my order fairly quickly...ordered 3...2 piece meals was told they were out of green beans so ordered Mashed potatoes and slaw for all three....Pulled up and paid....Then was told to pull up and they would bring it out...Pulled up...and waited and waited and WAITED...39 minutes passed!!! Now..Normally I would have went in a whole lot quicker and wouldn't have waited that long but I came through the drive thru for a reason ...Had a 13 year old and a 5 year old and 8 month old...Pius I had house shoes on and not the most appropriate dressing for cold weather....But still...I HAD TO GO IN!!! ...When I got in they said they were still waiting on biscuits...REALLY!!!!!!!!! 39 min!!! Side note...While I was waiting they were still handing out food to other people while I waited! ...Anyway! So I asked how much longer will it be and the lady said ..It shouldn't be long...I asked give me a time I have kids in the car...She said 5 minutes...REALLY?!?!?...Then was told NOW..They were out of mashed potatos but HAD green beans....WHAT?!?! So I just said give the greens beans and slaw‍‍‍..I was just about to walk and get my card and just get a refund when they handed me the food! AND GUESS WHAT IT WAS WRONG!!!!!!!! Sad thing is ..I have went 3 times to this Jacks( South Highland..Jackson Tn ) and it is this way EVERYTIME! WILL NEVER GO AGAIN!!!! I should've known better!

Came in to get breakfast at 10:00. They said they stopped serving breakfast even though their hours say 10:30. If you're going to stop breakfast at 10:00, it should say so on your business hours, online, etc.... Went to McDonald's right up the road and had no problem.
