Never had any problems. Food was good.
I came in to Jack’s out South this morning and the experience was amazing. The restaurant was very clean and Patrick was very patient as I ordered my breakfast and answered all of my questions. The best jacks in Jackson,Tn!
Good food. Okay service. The crinkle cut fries can be a little too salty and flimsy

Jack's Family Restaurant is known for its excellent breakfast, including great chicken biscuits. The food is always fresh and soo good. The place is clean. The servers and managers are so sweet and nice, always making you feel welcome with service at the window and at the car delivered with a smile. The milkshakes are hand spun from ice cream and milk. While orders can sometimes be wrong during busy times, and there can be a wait for food prepared later in the day, the staff are kind and polite, often going out of their way to help. Many customers prefer this location, stating it makes their day.
