“The business is the best fried chicken restaurant nearby. Children especially like it. I drove here to buy it. The queue can go around a circle. The price is a bit expensive. After all, business is not a problem. The crispy skin is delicious and the chicken wings inside are average. Relatively dry, first-class service attitude and efficiency

“The food was delicious. The atmosphere was pretty much a typical Chick Chick-fil-A.

Unfortunately, they forgot the ice cream so we had to turn around and come back. We did have a complicated order so I don’t think it’s terrible. I will still give them a good amount of stars.

However, it was quite a wait to get our food maybe about 15 minutes which I guess is not too bad. Overall speaking, but forgetting something on top of that was a bit frustrating, especially since we already left and had to come back. That being said they were very nice to quickly solve the problem.“

Ya don't get paid to just throw a bag out the window & slam the door in a customer's face. If ya hate your job so bad then quit before being rude to ppl who help PAY your paycheck (your customers)! “We visited the Chick-fil-A inside Jackson Madison General Hospital several times, while my dad was in the hospital. Staff is very nice and friendly and the food was great. Far less expensive than the hospital cafeteria.

“Sonic has great burgers ?. Mostly thefood is hot and they have hot dogs ? chicken strips etc. Just basic but decent food. They have plenty of sweets ?. Icecream ? slushes and all sorts of malts and milkshakes. It's a very good place to sit in car and eat and or for the kids to eat happy foods.

Parking: You basically park at a stall to order and eat.

“I had to pick slow service because NO SERVICE was not an option. My wife and I visited Sonic this afternoon about 5:30 pm. we pulled into the drive in to order, many spots were available all around the place, and we sat for almost 5 minutes behind a car that was at the order spot. After sitting waiting for the car to pull ahead, I rolled down my window and I could hear the driver of the car having a conversation with someone either in the car or on her cell. I honked and the driver rolled down the window and STARTED THEIR ORDER. I heard the attendant on the speaker say, "We are not taking orders now because we are short staffed". The driver said "If you are not taking orders, then just give me 3 Super Sonic Drinks". They pulled forward to the window and were served. As I pulled forward, I too was told they were not taking orders due to being short staffed. So, I thought, I will order the two drinks we stopped for, just as the car ahead of me, but no, I was again told, "We are not taking orders". So, I see car hops taking orders out to cars, remember, there are SEVERAL open spots, so I pulled from the drive through over to an empty spot and pushed the little red button. Again, I was told the same, "Not taking orders". At this point, after having seen cars getting orders, I just sat and watched for a few minutes and their "Short Staffed" issue became much more evident. Every car hop that walked out with an order were either on their phone talking or what looked like they were texting while slowly walking to the few cars that were there . I have always been told that a business will grow or shrink due to their ability to handle their business. With that being said, if the owners and/or managers do not get a handle on the rampant phone use, they might as well close the Vann Drive location. I have no idea if the kitchen staff was at full force, but seeing at least 3 different car hops, and only about 10 cars, including me, I wonder if it is a case of "The inmates running the Asylum." It's sad when you can't even get 2 Sweet Teas at a Sonic Drive Thru!“

“I have been going to this particular Arby’s quite frequently here lately because I work late, and they are one of a handful of fast food restaurants that are still open at that time. I may have to wait a few extra minutes, but that’s ok because my food is always hot and fresh. The employees are always friendly and courteous. I have never had a bad experience here.“

I went in yesterday and the two ladies at the front was so nice and sweet place my order it was outstanding. I love it. I will be back Jack’s South Island is the best. I love it fresh food biscuits, Shirley Chapman I love her. She’s the best. It’s always so nice and clean. It smells so good when you walk in the bathrooms are always clean.
