“I would like to say the manager there keeps a tight ship. I think her name is Martina. They are always on point. The food is always hot and fresh, and I never have to wait long. I'm always greeted with a smile when my food is brought out. The whole atmosphere makes my day better. Many times a girl named Anna brings my food out, and she is always cheerful.“

“Service above and beyond! I called up there with a question about a melty milkshake, and Jessie (sorry, I know I’m going to misspell these names) explained that when you get double hot fudge, all that hot fudge can melt the ice cream — totally makes sense! She told me to ask for it to be made thick next time so the extra ice cream offsets the heat. She offered to make me another one, and I told her no worries, just wanted to make sure it was okay. And then lo and behold, I get back to work, and Jessie had brought me another milkshake anyway and left it for me!! Wow!! I was so touched! I called up there to thank them, and Nikki was so sweet when she explained that Jessie had gone out of her way to make sure I was taken care of! I definitely didn’t deserve such a kindness — I should have realized hot fudge is hot! But I am so grateful to these sweet ladies. I highly recommend this Sonic. Hands down the best food and BEYOND the best service I’ve ever experienced at any establishment. Thank you again so, so much!!! Y’all made my day!!“

“We love stopping by when passing through Jackson. We always walk in prepared for an episode of COPS to be filmed on location... but... It's a great little fish n chip. Never looks very clean, every trip the trash cans are hanging out of the bins and it looks like they were in the middle of wiping down, but never really finished. It's rough, but the food is good and staff friendly.“

I have been a McDonald person for over 50 years, but due to the decline of there food quality, my wife wanted to try Sonic and I am glad she did. “Today I stopped in Milan TN McDonalds. It was nearly 3:30 and Friday and they were pretty busy. I went inside to place my order and while it was being prepared, I had the opportunity to observe the crew and their supervisor. That team was amazing! They seemed happy and efficient, working together like a well-oiled machine. They called out questions, answers and requests which were responded to immediately. The supervisor was encouraging, coaching the crew with enthusiasm. I didn't mind at all that I had to wait for my order because it was a delight to see these great folks in action! Well done!!“

“This is a sit down Sonic! You heard me right, not a drive-in. It does have drive-thru. But it also is a dine-in Sonic. I didn't even know such things existed. The service was excellent. The employees were very nice. And the food was great. Highly recommended.“

“I had to pick slow service because NO SERVICE was not an option. My wife and I visited Sonic this afternoon about 5:30 pm. we pulled into the drive in to order, many spots were available all around the place, and we sat for almost 5 minutes behind a car that was at the order spot. After sitting waiting for the car to pull ahead, I rolled down my window and I could hear the driver of the car having a conversation with someone either in the car or on her cell. I honked and the driver rolled down the window and STARTED THEIR ORDER. I heard the attendant on the speaker say, "We are not taking orders now because we are short staffed". The driver said "If you are not taking orders, then just give me 3 Super Sonic Drinks". They pulled forward to the window and were served. As I pulled forward, I too was told they were not taking orders due to being short staffed. So, I thought, I will order the two drinks we stopped for, just as the car ahead of me, but no, I was again told, "We are not taking orders". So, I see car hops taking orders out to cars, remember, there are SEVERAL open spots, so I pulled from the drive through over to an empty spot and pushed the little red button. Again, I was told the same, "Not taking orders". At this point, after having seen cars getting orders, I just sat and watched for a few minutes and their "Short Staffed" issue became much more evident. Every car hop that walked out with an order were either on their phone talking or what looked like they were texting while slowly walking to the few cars that were there . I have always been told that a business will grow or shrink due to their ability to handle their business. With that being said, if the owners and/or managers do not get a handle on the rampant phone use, they might as well close the Vann Drive location. I have no idea if the kitchen staff was at full force, but seeing at least 3 different car hops, and only about 10 cars, including me, I wonder if it is a case of "The inmates running the Asylum." It's sad when you can't even get 2 Sweet Teas at a Sonic Drive Thru!“

“This food was absolutely delicious! So fresh, tasty, and satisfying! I got the blackened shrimp over a bed of white rice and steamed broccoli with lemon pepper and fries. The meal was so good and the team member was so helpful with the knowledge of the food due to me being an out of towner. I would def be back when I visit TN again. YUM!“

“Can’t speak to the atmosphere because I went through the drive through. The manager was so handsome it made the food taste a little better. Oh he was also helpful!
My food was fresh and they doubled checked my food order was correct.
I will probably stick with the drive thru since that’s where I saw the muscled up manager but I will definitely be back next time I’m in town!“
