“In the middle of ordering my food, my chicken wrap was cold and my children fries was cold. Now this hasn't happened all the time when I go to Wendy's but on this approximate night that me and my children and my children's father was with me. This is what happened and also the ice wasn't filled all way up to the cup but hopefully next time we have a better response to give.“

“Took them a while to get my order out. Found out someone had ran my food out to the wrong person, so I had to be remade. Well everything was right except my boyfriend’s burger. He order the double bacon cheeseburger with extra pickles. It’s suppose to come with lettuce and tomato already, but nothing was on it except the bacon and cheese…“
