“I would like to say the manager there keeps a tight ship. I think her name is Martina. They are always on point. The food is always hot and fresh, and I never have to wait long. I'm always greeted with a smile when my food is brought out. The whole atmosphere makes my day better. Many times a girl named Anna brings my food out, and she is always cheerful.“

“The three lady’s that were working this morning on 11/15/22, need a huge bonus! They are the only three working today and we’re still very nice. The owner of this location should be ashamed of their self for allowing this to happen. “Service above and beyond! I called up there with a question about a melty milkshake, and Jessie (sorry, I know I’m going to misspell these names) explained that when you get double hot fudge, all that hot fudge can melt the ice cream — totally makes sense! She told me to ask for it to be made thick next time so the extra ice cream offsets the heat. She offered to make me another one, and I told her no worries, just wanted to make sure it was okay. And then lo and behold, I get back to work, and Jessie had brought me another milkshake anyway and left it for me!! Wow!! I was so touched! I called up there to thank them, and Nikki was so sweet when she explained that Jessie had gone out of her way to make sure I was taken care of! I definitely didn’t deserve such a kindness — I should have realized hot fudge is hot! But I am so grateful to these sweet ladies. I highly recommend this Sonic. Hands down the best food and BEYOND the best service I’ve ever experienced at any establishment. Thank you again so, so much!!! Y’all made my day!!“

“I made a very complex order in the drive thru awhile back. And I remember this the woman the in the drive thru I couldn’t forget her name. Ms. Danielle she was so patient and nice with me took her time and got it right. She repeated my order and everything. However, I heard a man tell her stop repeating the orders and just give it to them. They don’t have all day running up the time. Anyway, she did a great job and the food was fresh and hot. I hope she’s still there I’m coming back. Her service was great!!“

“Yesterday was my first time eating a Sonic meal and I was pleasantly surprised. I have been a McDonald person for over 50 years, but due to the decline of there food quality, my wife wanted to try Sonic and I am glad she did. The food was great and tastey, lot better tasting than McDonalds. Keep up the good taste.“

“This is a sit down Sonic! You heard me right, not a drive-in. It does have drive-thru. But it also is a dine-in Sonic. I didn't even know such things existed. The service was excellent. The employees were very nice. And the food was great. Highly recommended.“

“I had to pick slow service because NO SERVICE was not an option. My wife and I visited Sonic this afternoon about 5:30 pm. we pulled into the drive in to order, many spots were available all around the place, and we sat for almost 5 minutes behind a car that was at the order spot. After sitting waiting for the car to pull ahead, I rolled down my window and I could hear the driver of the car having a conversation with someone either in the car or on her cell. I honked and the driver rolled down the window and STARTED THEIR ORDER. I heard the attendant on the speaker say, "We are not taking orders now because we are short staffed". The driver said "If you are not taking orders, then just give me 3 Super Sonic Drinks". They pulled forward to the window and were served. As I pulled forward, I too was told they were not taking orders due to being short staffed. So, I thought, I will order the two drinks we stopped for, just as the car ahead of me, but no, I was again told, "We are not taking orders". So, I see car hops taking orders out to cars, remember, there are SEVERAL open spots, so I pulled from the drive through over to an empty spot and pushed the little red button. Again, I was told the same, "Not taking orders". At this point, after having seen cars getting orders, I just sat and watched for a few minutes and their "Short Staffed" issue became much more evident. Every car hop that walked out with an order were either on their phone talking or what looked like they were texting while slowly walking to the few cars that were there . I have always been told that a business will grow or shrink due to their ability to handle their business. With that being said, if the owners and/or managers do not get a handle on the rampant phone use, they might as well close the Vann Drive location. I have no idea if the kitchen staff was at full force, but seeing at least 3 different car hops, and only about 10 cars, including me, I wonder if it is a case of "The inmates running the Asylum." It's sad when you can't even get 2 Sweet Teas at a Sonic Drive Thru!“
