Chicken Shops in Jackson, TN

“Chicken Salad Chick in Jackson, TN is the best! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the customer service is outstanding. Ann is one of the sweetest, friendliest people you'll ever meet and one of the hardest workers around. She always goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. Great food, great service, and great people—highly recommend!“

“Great food and super nice people. Only issue was how dirty the place was. The front door is filthy, the rugs are dirty, the glass door to the kitchen was filthy, there are rips in some of the seats, the floors were dirty. It’s just very unlike Chick Fil A. I did not take pictures of all the dirty stuff just because I didn’t want to do that in front of customers.“

“Always a great experience and food. No other fast food restaurant is done like they do it! The customer service is excellent! Instead of “what do ya want?” You get,”may I take your order, and my pleasure, have a blessed day” It’s wonderful!“
