10 Best Chicken Restaurants in Jackson

“Mother’s Day meal was excellent at Umphy’s! They gave each mother a long stem red rose.🌹. We had chicken, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes with gravy, and a delicious biscuit with honey! The people working were very kind!“

“Chicken Salad Chick in Jackson, TN is the best! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the customer service is outstanding. Ann is one of the sweetest, friendliest people you'll ever meet and one of the hardest workers around. She always goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. Great food, great service, and great people—highly recommend!“

“New to the area an tried Slim Chicken we loved all we ordered!! The service great and fast! We will be going to this place a lot!!“

“Great food and super nice people. Only issue was how dirty the place was. The front door is filthy, the rugs are dirty, the glass door to the kitchen was filthy, there are rips in some of the seats, the floors were dirty. It’s just very unlike Chick Fil A. I did not take pictures of all the dirty stuff just because I didn’t want to do that in front of customers.“

“I went to A1 for the first time earlier today, and the ground beef nachos were AMAZING! 🤤 The food came out fast, everything was delicious, and the service was great. Paola was such a beautiful and patient young lady—she took great care of me and made sure I was taken care of! A1 definitely lives up to its name. If you haven’t tried it yet, go give them a try! I’ll definitely be back tomorrow! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“I am current worker and the food is so delicious. Come and grab a sandwich or a combo and enjoy your day???“

“wings the sweet tea and the Cole slaw“

“Can’t speak to the atmosphere because I went through the drive through. The manager was so handsome it made the food taste a little better. Oh he was also helpful!
My food was fresh and they doubled checked my food order was correct.
I will probably stick with the drive thru since that’s where I saw the muscled up manager but I will definitely be back next time I’m in town!“

“There’s a new Assistant General Manager by the name of Zach, I must say he’s phenomenal!
Food is hotter, restaurant is more clean, & we are now greeted as soon as we walk in the door.
I was fascinated at how clean the restrooms were when I went in the ladies room to wash up before dinner. Zach even brought us our food it felt like we were at a 5 star restaurant I loved the experience!“
