“We were driving from Nashville to Memphis for our kids’ sporting events and got hungry on the road. We searched for Italian places and found Picasso Bistro & Pizzeria. The restaurant has a nice outdoor patio that would be great for an afternoon meal or summertime dinner. Inside, the restaurant is spacious and has a separate bar area for adult fun. In the dining room, you also have a view of the pizza oven. We ordered garlic knots and cheese bread. The garlic knots were smothered in Parmesan cheese and came with marinara sauce. The cheese bread was deliciously made with the same sourdough bread as the pizza crust. It also came with three dipping sauces — garlic olive oil, pesto, and marinara. The pizza was amazing with the sourdough base. We ordered a large pepperoni to share, a chicken Parmesan calzone, and a ribeye wrap. All three were so yummy and the portions were large enough for us to take leftovers with us. The service was prompt and friendly. When drinks ran out, they refilled them quickly. In total, we spent around $100 for the four of us, which is about average for a night out with full meals, appetizers, and a couple of beers. Would definitely come back the next time we drive through Jackson, TN.“

“Jackson TN was the half way point to where we were going. We wanted to stay away from commercial restaurants and saw this place had great reviews. We got chicken strips and pork chops. The chicken strips were very good. Not over cooked at all. The onion rings were also cooked perfectly. The pork chop was so very good. The seasoning was great, it was tender and not dry. Highly recommend.“

“Came in today for my friends Birthday dinner with a party of 8. Our waitress was a female named Danya I think , this is our 2nd time having her. She was very rude the first time & second time today as well! She took her time coming to take our orders or to see what we wanted to drink. Never ever had a problem with an wait staff at Don Panchos all were very courteous & nice. She won’t stop us from continuing to go because we love the food & drinks but I don’t ever want her to wait on me!!“

“Can you please add gravy or no gravy to the chicken and dressing on your menu? I don't like gravy on mine. Also please add more cranberry sauce to the chicken and dressing. The amt. is so scant. Also we need to have a choice of pie when we order. You send whatever you have the most of it seems. And I've ordered tea and haven't got recently. I order fairly frequently from dumplins. I use delivery. The food is good. And the portion sizes are enough for 2 meals for me. Thank you.“

But be careful with that sexy lady roll, one bite and there’s no going back. Don’t forget to get some extra spicy Mayo. Don’t be afraid to baptize that roll and throw it back for a dream come true. “Just when I thought CFA wouldn't let me down. The sausage hashbrown scramble bowl I got was pitiful. You could see the bottom when I got it. Hardly anything in the bowl. Couldn't get anyone on the phone so I left a message. The franchise owner, Grant, called me back and after a brief conversation he apologized refunded my money and offered me a free bowl on my next trip. Mistakes do happen and Grant made good on it. Thank you!“

“My daughters often ask me to bring home a pizza for dinner. The Bestest Most pepperoni pizza is usually ready and convenient. The quality is generally good and the girls love eating it. I personally cannot tell that there are any more toppings on it than a regular pepperoni but hopefully that is just me and not the restaurant skipping on product.“

“I was wondering is there any truck parking but when I zoom in on Google Maps however I was able to manage my truck parking on shoulder Justin in front of the shop , i walked in a, gentleman, white person he greets and helped me . I like the way he treated well to a trucker . Had a great experience now I wish to be your regular customer..“

“On 2/10/2026 Moes lost my mobile order. Not sure if someone grabbed it off the counter or what. An employee of the name EJ took care of the issue and made our order and brought it out to the car as i have two disabled children and he understood that and said he will make it and bring it. Need more people like him in the world.“

“This is a sit down Sonic! You heard me right, not a drive-in. It does have drive-thru. But it also is a dine-in Sonic. I didn't even know such things existed. The service was excellent. The employees were very nice. And the food was great. Highly recommended.“

“Went there for an early dinner. Waitress was busy so another lady took our drink orders which was 2 waters. Our waitress finally appeared and we explained to her that another lady had taken our drink orders but she never delivered them. Our original waitress ended up getting our drinks and then took our order. Evidently the original waitress was slammed with customers but when she was able she did check with us frequently asking us if there was anything else we needed. We will return in the future.“
