We wanted to try that new sandwich they were advertising but it was terrible. It was so sloppy made it was hard to pick up and there was not much chicken on it. And it was only slightly warm. It looked so good on the advertisement. In real life nope!! We have gotten the salads and those we like. They are a big salad and taste good. We waited 25 minutes for our food . When asked why it was taking so long . He said grilled chicken takes 10 minutes to cook . Ok it’s been 25 ! While waiting 3 other people went and asked about their order. Then some they had pulled up from drive thru came in to ask about their order . There were 5 employees in here . Ordered a tray of 40 chicken fingerz for a party. Shortest time I could pick was 1 hour so that's what I picked. Arrived on time it and was hot and waiting on me. The employee was slow but precise so no complaints. This is my preferred Jackson zaxby location.
