We order traditional wings with only fry seasoning on them, no sauce! I usually have to repeat my order a few times, and even then it is rarely correct. Tonight, Melinda finished my sentence as I ordered and gave us the BEST wings with tons of seasoning!! Thank you so much, Melinda!
I used to be a big fan of Zaxby's. It was one of my favorite places to eat lunch. But over the last few months it has really gone downhill. On several different occassions I have been very disappointed by the food and service I have gotten. Quickly gone from my first choice for lunch to my last.

I'd heard about this place so I decided to stop. After 25 minutes in the drive thru I got some food. It was NOT my food, not what I ordered. I ordered a TLC sandwich meal. I got 3 strips, a cold piece of toast and some fries. Needless to say I can't go in and I am not eating in a 30 minute line again. Won't be going back until they can focus more on paying attention to what they are doing and using their heads.
