Jersey Mike's Subs has recently improved under new management, providing an excellent experience. The friendly staff and clean environment make for a pleasant visit. The restaurant has the most friendliest employees, always in a great mood, and the food is fresh. Favorites like the Classic Philly are hot and tasty, while the deluxe Philly Steak sandwich has received praise for being very good. Although some sandwiches, like the chipotle philly, may lack meat and flavor, overall, the restaurant delivers a nice experience. While some customers have noted issues such as loudness and inattentiveness from employees, many still appreciate the hard work of the staff. Despite the prices being a bit high for regular visits, many plan to return soon.
