My husband and I went today October 20 for lunch. We go quite often and enjoy it. Today with 3people behind the counter that could not move slower if their life depended on it we were very disappointed in the service. The girl who finished our order and cashed us out was very professional and quick. The other three seemed to be mocking her about something but she just ignored them and did her job. I visit this shop probably, one every couple weeks. Yesterday I came in and the environment was completely different, everyone was amazing. My favorite person is even back! It was great to see smiling faces.

Our 1st experience at Jersey Mike's Subs and we liked the food. I had the Classic Philly and it read really hot, fresh, and tasty. The employees where very nice and helpful. Only complaint is no Ice in machine, no napkins in holders. Other then that very clean and nice experience.
