I think this place is under new management now because 10 out of 10.I went back when I was in town last week and had an incredible experience. I will be back again when I’m back in town.

Edited for later experience- ordered a chipotle philly. Very little meat and very little chipotle mayo. Just tasted like bread and lettuce mostly. Not recommended.

Our 1st experience at Jersey Mike's Subs and we liked the food. I had the Classic Philly and it read really hot, fresh, and tasty. The employees where very nice and helpful. Only complaint is no Ice in machine, no napkins in holders. Other then that very clean and nice experience.
Under new management and the difference is obvious. Great subs and service!

As of 1/13/24, this Jersey Mike’s hired new management and I was very impressed with them. We were greeted at the door, music playing, the place was very clean compared to the past (trash cans were always overflowing and the floor was sticky) providing a welcoming environment! The sandwich was fresh, and the employees accommodated any modifications to your sandwich that you may have. This place is going in the right direction! 5 stars!Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free bread!

Drove an hour out of the way to get a sandwich that I usually enjoy just to walk in to a empty lobby and was told that they were only doing pickup orders and they were to busy!! Again the lobby was empty. I can’t deal with laziness!

Tonight my boyfriend and I went in at 8:44 knowing that they close at 9. I work in the food industry too but know that customers are the ones that keep the restaurant doors open. Tonight we walked in and after stood at the counter and getting bad vibes from the two workers the male worker finally spoke up “we’re starting to close down for the night” I responded “don’t y’all close at 9?” We left so they could continue closing and not making money. I don’t care how much a customer is going to pay… even if it’s $1, it’s a $1 more than I had.
