Service is slow. Milkshake cups were all messy on the outside of the cup and lid rim which is great if you want your hands, clothes, and the inside of your car to have milkshake on it.

This was my first visit to Jacks. It started off ok until the petite blonde haired cashier made me wait to order until the customers in front of me could pay after 4pm. I overheard her tell them the chicken dinners are served after 4pm. So rather than she give them aside and continue to take orders she made me and the customer behind me wait until 4pm because she had the customer in front of me already rung up. I don't know if I'll ever return to this location because...

I would have given 5 stats but the counter cashier wasn't really friendly, maybe she was having a bad morning and that's a given. Drive thru person was really friendly to her guest and helpful. You can view that as you stand at the counter. Over all not a bad experience
