Food is good, but the employees were fighting the whole time I was in there. Yelling at each other, slamming stuff everywhere. Definitely won't be back. Pretty high

Called and asked what specials are for carryout, told there was none. Got to place they had coupons for what I just ordered 5$ less and Manager would not honor his own coupon!! What a joke. This happened at oil well location in Jackson TN. They just lost a customer for life and I order a lot of Pizza all the Time, NEVER AGAIN

Last night, I went here to pick up a pizza and a drink and the one employee I don't know his name but he's a fat middle aged black guy that was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional to me!!! I've never had a bad experience at a pizza place before until THIS visit! This particular employee needs to be FIRED!!! Also, because of this experience, I will NEVER be a customer for jet's pizza ever again!!! ???

I had tried this location before, many moons ago. I would have rather left it that way but I ordered online from the parking lot. I waited around 10 min and headed inside. There were no outside lights and it was pretty dark in the parking lot. Not a great think for an open business. Anyhow, I went inside and the employee working hollered something at me I couldn't make out. I didn't see him either so I stood and waited till a person appeared from behind the counter. He thought I was someone else I think is what he said, not 100% sure on that one. He said my order was coming out if the oven, I never told him my name but I was happy. About 10 min went by and the employee appeared again. He was telling me to pay for my order however the 1 box in his hand could not be my 2 box order. I informed him I had paid online when I ordered. He paused for a sec and mumbled, "online order". I smelled smoke but remained perfectly steel. I did not want to short-circuit the guy. He finally stated he had just put the order in the oven, I'm at 20-25 min invested now. It would be 1 customer, 1 other employee that had plenty to tell and another 15 min before I would see my order. I was ready to go at this point. I got my food and left. Walked across the pitch black parking lot and sat down in my car. I never leave without checking my food. I ordered a pizza, Buffalo popcorn chicken deep dish and a Brownie pizza thingy. The pizza was made correctly, hot and looked tasty. The Brownie was somehow looking right but cold to the touch, I took a bite and it was not finished I believe. It was fire tho so I'm good with that. I got home and took a big bite of that pizza that I directly ordered without red onions. It had a few pieces of several different ingredients on each piece. It was trash....

I like Jets but this franchise location is awful. Arrived to pick up my order and was told this online tracker “lies”…Needless to say he had just put it in after I ordered 30 minutes prior.

Overnight road stop in Jackson and ordered Jets who delivered in under 30mins to the hotel. Was amazing. Hot and fresh just as a good pizza should be. ??
Good, but way too many pepperonis and not enough sauce.

Stopped and got a Detroit style pizza for dinner. Service and quality of pizza was great. Came out hot, tasty and delicious. Great little pizza place

I love this place. Pizza is reasonably priced because I always have a coupon. Not many places have slices close to me, so it works out well. I usually have a free slice coupon. I like the NY-style pizza. Just tried the triple cheese bread--good but pricey. But added it to use my $10 off $20 purchase. The staff has always been helpful despite the turnover. Pizza is not top-notched but for a chain, it is good stuff. I eat here often.
