About Coyote Blues - Jackson, TN

Coyote Blues in Jackson, TN offers a mixed dining experience. The outside seating area is enjoyable, with cool decor and various indoor and outdoor seating options, including a bar side. The diablo salmon is a hit, with moist and flaky fish, although the diablo sauce leans towards being overly sweet. The restaurant's standout is the attentive and helpful servers, like SHELBY and Jessica, who enhance the dining experience. However, some dishes, like the burger and fries or fajitas, can be subpar, with issues like hard fries or bland salsa. The queso was thick and cold, disappointing some customers. Despite food inconsistency, the service remains top-notch, with delicious catering options and fun atmosphere turning simple lunches into great experiences. Some may miss previous excellent dishes but appreciate the familiar and affordable options nearby.

Had lunch with daughter and we enjoyed being served by Shantell. Not only was she prompt with service, she was cordial and funny each time she visited the table. Thank you for great day out.
Me and my fiancé went 6/28/25 .. my first time going ever and I was very impressed .. nice atmosphere .. waitress was very nice drinks were awesome and great price we both had the steak and potatoes and let me tell u the best Mexican dish I ever had!!! The cornbread is a cactus 🌵 and was great 11/10 if possible will definitely be back and the price was awesome on the total experience
we took my mother n law to dinner there last night. I ordered a burger and fries and it was subpar at that. The fries were hard like they had been cooked and then threw in the microwave and put on a plate. The salsa tasted like water and didn't really have any flavor. The queso was so thick and cold it was hard to eat. I was very disappointed in the service and the food. Unfortunately I won't be back.
