Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered a pizza for delivery. It never came. Called the store 90 minutes after it was supossed to have arrived, jerk kid insisted he was manager and he didn't care that it wasn't delivered, it wasn't his problem, it was Door dash's. I don't care who you contract through for delivery, if someone orders a pizza from you, you make sure they get it. Kid refused to help repeating that it wasn't his problem, then hung up on me. He closed the store before pizza was delivered. Corporate will be getting a contact. This kid needs to lose his job.

Never fails always a great quick stop grab some pizza and bread. At a fair price.

We are just waiting for your pizza to come out of the oven. Which means: we haven't even started making your order and you will be lucky if you get it in 10 minutes

This store was just nasty. Stuff in the greasy floor, the oven where they keep the hot and readys had sauce and fingerprints all over it . Some other equipment beside it was so nasty and the front door was just disgusting. Please clean this store up!

My daughters often ask me to bring home a pizza for dinner. The Bestest Most pepperoni pizza is usually ready and convenient. The quality is generally good and the girls love eating it. I personally cannot tell that there are any more toppings on it than a regular pepperoni but hopefully that is just me and not the restaurant skipping on product.

I called ahead and ordered a three meat which was suppose to include beef, sausage and bacon..when I got home it was ridiculous whomever made the pizza ? really shouldn't even be there working... it was horrible. It only had 2 meats that I could see and they were hardly any at all. I called back and the person on the phone was like bring it back and we can remake it...NOT!!!!!! I LIVE ACROSS TOWN... as expensive as gas ⛽️ is I will not be coming back that way... I will NEVER EVER buy pizza ? there again. I don't eat pizza unless I have a taste for it and that killed my TASTE....

Extremely slow and often has incorrect orders. Ordered pizza 2 hours early for 1:15 pickup and didn't recieve them till 1:45ish.

I sat in the lobby after making my order and watched 3 people come in after me make an order and they were told 10-15 minutes just like I was and yet they all got their food before I did, I spoke up asked where my food was numerous times and was told another 5 minutes each time, I ended up walking out and told my wife she needed to go inside because I was about to for real express my frustration… I’ll never be back

Pizza here is always great even if it’s just a hot and ready m? And you can’t beat the cheesy bread. Only thing that sucks is the price increase on everything, but I guess it was bound to happen at some point

Great experience everytime I visit. Food is always fresh and ready in a good amount of time, leftovers are a plus, and service is excellent. Also, the prices are awesome! My favorite pizza chain in Jackson, without a doubt.

I went and they charged me for My sons water even though water is supposed to be free and the pizza was warm kind of cold my daughter ate 1 slice of pizza and they charged me like 10.50 still she I 1 year and a half that is kinda expensive but ik not really worried about that and their bathroom handles have some green stuff on it and my total came out to 105.20 for 3 adults and 4 kids

I prefer the Little Caesars located at 3189 N Highland Ave Ste. E, Jackson, TN 38305 they are the best very clean very professional make the best pizza
