“If you haven’t been by here, you are definitely missing out! The macaroons were the best I’ve ever had. The light and airy texture, the perfect creamy consistency of the filling, and the balanced flavor profile definitely impressed me. It was such a bonus that there were gluten free since we were trying to find a birthday treat for my friend with celiac. Also, for anyone like myself who is typically thrown off by the texture and flavor of gluten free foods/ desserts, don’t let that keep you from stopping by. I promise you can’t tell that they are gluten free! Be sure to try the iced coffee too! The custom coffee blend is smooth, rich, and less acidic than most espresso, so it tasted amazing and was easy on the stomach. And the mascarpone topping was the perfect touch to the tiramisu specialty coffee. Overall, they have truly outdone themselves with this business. I will definitely be stopping by anytime I’m in town. What a great addition to Jackson!“
