I usually order lunch online for pickup. I get the 2 for deal, king club and nachos. Usually it's the best lunch around. Last time I went inside to get my order and it wasn't ready, I arrived 7 min past the time listed when ordered. The employees were busy talking to pack up my order. Once they turned around and saw me they threw everything in the bag quickly. I had no straw or utensils with my lunch. Not the worst thing to happen. But my king club sandwich is usually...

This restaurant did a great job for our lacrosse team. We placed a large order and they fulfilled it beautifully. It was picked up by a parent who is also a restaurant manager herself and she was very impressed with the quality of service and how pleasant the workers were to her.

The food was ordered (thank You, Moriah!) and delivered quickly and correctly (Yay! in the kitchen). They checked with us on refills. LA (general manager) was working the floor checking with patrons to see if they needed anything and if their food was good. The French Dip was really Good! This was an excellent experience! We will be back!
