I ask for extra sauce on my pizza every time on the in app order and never actually get extra sauce on the pizza. Other than that, they are speedy and food is good

The store worker Ivory, was such a sweetheart. Her customer service was amazing. Although she was there alone; running the cash register and the kitchen area. She managed to greet me with a smile through it all and remain polite. We definitely need more people like Ivory in the world. This is the south Jackson location in Jackson, TN.

We tried the new flatbread pizzas (which were fantastic)! When I walked in the door there was an employee sitting on the bench on her phone that just looked at me like I was a disturbance. The other employee came to the counter and ask in a very cheerful way (sarcasm) what I needed. Told her my name, it was an online order. She handed me the 3 boxes and turned and walked back towards kitchen. Class in hospitality would be great for them!

Personal pan pizza, almost $8 for this...dough is NOT DONE and NOT RISEN at all. I can't believe the manager would even allow this to leave the building. Disgusting. Threw it away, because I wasn't wasting more gas to have to turn around and go back. People have no respect for others anymore and how much money we have to spend and then give us food like this, which may be the one time we may eat out in 2 months. I have a new rule with these restaurants...you have ONE CHANCE to do it right. This was before lunch hour on Sunday, they weren't busy, so that excuse won't hold water. I'm done. You won't see my hard earned $$ anymore.
