First of all, the pizza was GREAT! The greeting when I walked into the business was warm and friendly. Unlike a lot of businesses there was no loud talk or blaring music…which was wonderful. I would like to commend the staff on the cleanliness of the store.

I ordered on the app, picked up the pizza. 4 days later I see that my credit card was charged $5 extra. Someone helped themselves to a tip! Looking at reviews it looks like it’s a common thing at this location. Thieves. Shame on you. A phone call to the manager lasted over 20 minutes. I kept being put on hold. This location should be avoided.

I visited this Pizza Hut Tuesday May 7th around 6pm and placed my order inside. The lady took my order, and was so sweet and kind. I thought she was a manager but is only a cook from the looks of it, the only person who was really working. Her name starts with a “T” I don’t know how to spell it. But, she made my order and got it out to me while I was sitting in the car. Didn’t take longer than 10 minutes! She was amazing, my pizzas looked great! She needs to be a new manager! She acts accordingly like one. Will be back !!

Had to call today because when I did a pick up order 3/31 I received a notification my payment went through which it was $5 more than what I paid. Apparently the person that took my order gave himself a tip. I was going to tip him when I first came in but after he took my order and told me 15 minutes before I went to my car to wait I told him I wanted to purchase the strawberry crush (in the cooler when I paid) which he must’ve gave to someone else when I was waiting it was no longer there, when he handed me my food 20-25 minutes later and I had to remind him of the drink I purchased. When I said there’s no more strawberry crush he answered “this is all we have” after he already had told me there was grape in the back. Requested ranch and blue cheese it was not in the box when I went back inside he was about to walk away. I told him “I need the ranch and blue cheese please it wasn’t in the box” he handed me the sauce and walked away. I told him “thank you have a good day”’ he said nothing back. Do you think you deserve a tip when you barely gave customer service ?? I wasn’t going to give a review at all but you don’t just take someone’s money! I will not be ordering through this Pizza Hut again. I understand you were by yourself, you chose to work there even the other customer I sat and talked with agreed he was rude as well!
Neither one I tried calling won't deliver to my home address

When you are away from home and need a pizza, you just go with someone safe. That was a good strategy, the guy at the counter was efficient and helpful, and even though I didn't order ahead it took less than 10 minutes to be out the door with a pizza. And it was good!
