The store worker Ivory, was such a sweetheart. Her customer service was amazing. Although she was there alone; running the cash register and the kitchen area. She managed to greet me with a smile through it all and remain polite. We definitely need more people like Ivory in the world. This is the south Jackson location in Jackson, TN.

We tried the new flatbread pizzas (which were fantastic)! When I walked in the door there was an employee sitting on the bench on her phone that just looked at me like I was a disturbance. The other employee came to the counter and ask in a very cheerful way (sarcasm) what I needed. Told her my name, it was an online order. She handed me the 3 boxes and turned and walked back towards kitchen. Class in hospitality would be great for them!

The workers are always so nice!! Even tho I got the wrong type of pizza they were so nice it didn’t even matter I know they are always swamped when it’s a deal going on so they gave me the wrong kind of pizza but it was good
