“Just when I thought CFA wouldn't let me down. The sausage hashbrown scramble bowl I got was pitiful. You could see the bottom when I got it. Hardly anything in the bowl. Couldn't get anyone on the phone so I left a message. The franchise owner, Grant, called me back and after a brief conversation he apologized refunded my money and offered me a free bowl on my next trip. Mistakes do happen and Grant made good on it. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the amazing team at Zaxby’s! On my way to a mission trip in Millington, I accidentally left my pocketbook in the restaurant — and I didn’t even realize it was missing until two days later. I was so worried, especially since it had over $600 of cash inside. When I called Zaxby’s, not only had they found it, but they had safely put it away for me.

When I picked it up two days later on our way back from the trip, every single dollar was still there. Nothing had been touched. That kind of honesty and integrity is so rare these days, and it truly meant the world to me.
