When this chick fil a realized the issue they called the other location to notify them then they promptly made my order and got us back on the road. They were so polite regardless that it was my mistake.“

“The waiter was had was very rude. He never ask if we wanted any more salad or soup. He only came back once to give us some water. He never gave us any mints but went to the back and brought out a bowl from the back full and told them to get all they wanted. He looked at us funny when we ask for water. Then it went down hill from there.“

We got a pulled pork sandwich, fries and a drink. The food was hot and delicious!!!! We will definitely be back to try other items on the menu. We are so happy we found this place. “The food was delicious. The atmosphere was pretty much a typical Chick Chick-fil-A.

Unfortunately, they forgot the ice cream so we had to turn around and come back. We did have a complicated order so I don’t think it’s terrible. I will still give them a good amount of stars.

However, it was quite a wait to get our food maybe about 15 minutes which I guess is not too bad. Overall speaking, but forgetting something on top of that was a bit frustrating, especially since we already left and had to come back. That being said they were very nice to quickly solve the problem.“

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the amazing team at Zaxby’s! On my way to a mission trip in Millington, I accidentally left my pocketbook in the restaurant — and I didn’t even realize it was missing until two days later. I was so worried, especially since it had over $600 of cash inside. When I called Zaxby’s, not only had they found it, but they had safely put it away for me.

When I picked it up two days later on our way back from the trip, every single dollar was still there. Nothing had been touched. That kind of honesty and integrity is so rare these days, and it truly meant the world to me.
