New management and communication. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. Tried to bug a close out and no one at the register knew how to sell it to. Service desk couldn't either. They had no phone number to contact a manger nor was there one on site. Worst store in the company.

I've always been a big fan of Sam's Club until today. My orders were not ready in the time frame I was given to pick up. When the first order FINALLY came out, the girl THREW my first order in my back seat. I walked into the store and asked to see a manager. After 20 minutes of waiting, I gave up on the manager appearing. After another half hour of waiting, the same girl brought out the second order and didn't even speak to us. I will do my shopping elsewhere due to the rudeness we had to deal with. So unless you want to wait an extra hour for your order, go elsewhere. Zero customer service, rudeness, and a basic feeling that no one gives a rip is all this Sam's has to offer.

When we walked in Noone could find a cart, they were all outside. So my husband and others went back out and retrieved their own. We were in there for a little over an hour and still no carts were brought in. This is peak season, service the customer, and be sure you are staffed for the business please.

Since the pandemic changed everything and it's not as it was anywhere these people do a good job! I think you have to take into account the situation that people face there, both employees and shoppers. It's always busy, everyone is always in a hurry, impatient and think they have to be helped immediately, every business is understaffed and usually staff is overworked. That being said I have always been treated with kindness when being kind, I have shopped for my job sometimes 3 times a week and usually require special assistance in different departments, because I needed something extra and they always help me if at all possible. From the meat department to the stocking guys looking for extra burners for catering dishes because it showed a case on the computer but not the floor. The people in the frozen foods section joke with me and get me to laughing some days when I don't remember to smile and I mean sometimes I need the laugh desperately! I've been there and had frozen food help me get something in dry goods and I have seen the meat department guy helping everywhere always with a smile and greeting, the cashiers and front of store have taken harsh words and bad attitudes from people talking to them about things that they have no control over and kept going. Yes there are some slackers as there is everywhere, if you don't see an employee and you see someone that needs something then help them if you can because that's the way it used to be, does anyone remember that? If I see you and you need something from the shelf and you are struggling then I'm going to help, if I hear you say you need ____ and you don't see it I will tell you where I saw it. And if you help me I'm going to say thank you because we all used to do that. Thanks Sam's for pushing through a rough time in the world and having helpful people there everyday. They help me out so much! My only negative is sometimes I need gas before the pumps are open with the store and I wish they would open them at the pump 24/7 with a Sam's card, or Walmart+. If you look for negative things you will see negative but let's try smiling and finding positive ones too, the hard work that is done deserves acknowledgment too!

No customer service No one helps, just brushed off to another person You can never speak to a manager Better off going to Aldis There you are greeted and stopped just to see if you can be helped. If you order home delivery make sure you have a week of food to last you , you might get your delivery in a week. They take no responsibility when you do not get your order the delivery is from a third party, advised to call corporate office, when you call corporate you get someone from out of state, then your put on hold for 34 minutes by a supervisor and he never comes back. As of today still no delivery but charges are pending on my card . despicable and unprofessional way to operate a business and treat customers.

I ordered diapers for my son during instant savings and just got them in and they had sent the wrong kind and size when I called customs service the lady got an attitude with me saying it wasn’t her problem and I wasn’t allowed to exchange them. The staff has become rude and lazy. I tried to ask them a question when I went inside the last time and they told me that I would have to go find someone else to ask and wouldn’t give me their name or tell me what they look like. Just someone in a green vest.

Food is ok and at a great price however the women that work there are rude and hateful enough so make you wonder if you can wait to eat

Scan and go using the app makes it so much quicker and easier than standing in line at the register.

Absolutely disgusting. I had a question whether we could order pizza in advance. I tried calling several times and the phone would just ring. I attempted to call again and the cafe workers started just hanging the phone. I talked to someone in a different department and they said they were open and transferred me but still not answer. I tried calling back later and they answered without saying hello or asking if we needed help and just set the phone down while on the phone. I waited for ten minutes and noonr ever picked up.

You allow an A T&T retail business in your store that hustles people to change to them and promises discounts that I haven’t received and wont answer the phone when you call. The other AT&T stores wont help you because you signed up thru a retailer. Matthew Brown was the employee who did this to me.
