Since the pandemic changed everything and it's not as it was anywhere these people do a good job! I think you have to take into account the situation that people face there, both employees and shoppers. It's always busy, everyone is always in a hurry, impatient and think they have to be helped immediately, every business is understaffed and usually staff is overworked. Scan and Go is awesome! Haven't been a club member for a number of years. Found a deal to join again, so we did. The biggest issue I always had with Sam's Club were the lines to check out (even with self checkout). But...The their Scan and Go capability makes shopping there a pleasure. Scan the items on your phone as you go, then swipe to easily pay on your phone and show the resulting receipt at the door. No lines! Easy and fast! When we walked in Noone could find a cart, they were all outside. So my husband and others went back out and retrieved their own. We were in there for a little over an hour and still no carts were brought in. This is peak season, service the customer, and be sure you are staffed for the business please.
