Sonic Drive-In offers decent service, with orders generally served correctly, although there can be some variations in preparation. The lobby and bathrooms are surprisingly clean, considering the location. Food quality is a mixed bag, with some items, such as the bacon cheeseburger, having issues with burnt meat and sparse bacon. However, other dishes, like the Number 1 combo and Extreme Tater Tots, are fresh and awesome. The drive-thru can sometimes be confusing, especially when staff are collecting money and bringing out food, causing delays and misunderstandings. Despite this, many customers find the food always fresh and the service consistently friendly and helpful.
