Workers allowed food to sit on the counter for 10 minutes and get cold instead of giving it to the driver and made it clear that he did not care.

We don't get to come to Jackson very often, but when we do and we crave a great cheese steak sub, this is the go to place.

Place to order online and went to pick it up. Went inside and the guy that worked there with dreads was sitting on his phone for five minutes before he got to me. This is very unacceptable. Get better employees that want to work.

Sticky tables and floors, put of spicy mustard which is what I wanted no big deal, service meh could be way better. Forgot my side of blue cheese sauce and I was fb e only one in the place. Also very hot not enough A/C. Bread is good and the mushrooms are decent. Steak seasoned okay. Overall I’ll give it a big mid at best
Food was good but all tables were kind of dirty. Had to clean off a table to sit and eat. Went in around 3pm on a Saturday so was not busy at all, someone should have been cleaning tables.

Took my daughter here for lunch on a Tuesday just before lunch. They had opened at 11 & we were the only 2 guests in the restaurant.
As we were looking over the menu, we were greeted by 2 women who were absolutely so patient and kind.
They helped us look over the menu and even made suggestions. They were very helpful!
The food was cooked fresh right after we ordered. Both of our orders came out quickly and tasted so good!!
