Sticky tables and floors, put of spicy mustard which is what I wanted no big deal, service meh could be way better. Forgot my side of blue cheese sauce and I was fb e only one in the place. Also very hot not enough A/C. Bread is good and the mushrooms are decent. Steak seasoned okay. Overall I’ll give it a big mid at best

Food was good but all tables were kind of dirty. Had to clean off a table to sit and eat. Went in around 3pm on a Saturday so was not busy at all, someone should have been cleaning tables.

Took my daughter here for lunch on a Tuesday just before lunch. They had opened at 11 & we were the only 2 guests in the restaurant.
As we were looking over the menu, we were greeted by 2 women who were absolutely so patient and kind.
They helped us look over the menu and even made suggestions. They were very helpful!
The food was cooked fresh right after we ordered. Both of our orders came out quickly and tasted so good!!

The workers were very friendly and I enjoyed their bbq sandwich with fries.

I drive up from Nashville mon-fri and every time I'm in Jackson I have to stop at the great Cheese steak shop. It's taste just like the True Philly Cheese steak way. They have great chefs and they have great customer service skills and the food taste great and filling and so many options. I wake thinking about getting a cheese steak they're so good. Check them out

Came in thinking it would be like other Steak Escapes I've been to. I was sadly wrong when I ordered a sandwich, some fries, and a drink then proceeded to wait over 30 minutes to receive my food. The place was empty and someone who ordered after me got their order first and had left. The food I got was overly salty and the drink station is a mess. The fountain has a sign on it stating it sprays everywhere at it does! First time at this location and will be my last. Don't bother with this place. The employees obviously don't care how long it takes for you to get your food.

This was our first time eating here, so we went in blind. My wife had the triple cheesesteak and fries. I had the bourbon and baconcheese steak and loaded fries. She said her sandwich was very good and the fries were as well. My bourbon and bacon was good, the bbq sauce is sweet and tangy and the bacon was very crispy. The loaded fries were more of a French fry soup. They put way too much cheese, which was cheese sauce not melted cheese, and way too much ranch. By the time I got halfway done with the fries everything was super soggy. Overall the dining experience was very good but not exceptional. Would eat here again.

I ordered a bourbon bacon cheesesteak and it was amazing I also got the buffalo chicken fries and the fries were cooked just right I have no idea why this place is empty.
