The new arrangement inside, Covid friendly, is a super improvement. The staff and service was 100% improved, was reasonable on delivery and dining room was clean. A fresh improvement as well. I'm going back, . . To get a shake !

The food was awesome as always, and it was a good deal. The workers could stand to be a little nicer, and they definitely need to put in new speakers for the drive through. They can never hear me ordering, and I can't hear them either. It's very frustrating.

It needs better customer service. The lady who took my order in the drive thru was not friendly at all. Then we waited a good 15-20 min at the window waiting for our food. When they finally handed us our food they never said sorry for the wait or anything smh. A smile and a few kind words goes a long way! Always stay humble and kind!

Stopped in for a casual pre-movie burger and shake. As always the food was spot on and the shakes are always the best part! I will say it was a bit slower service than normal but honestly for being able to come in and sit down it was worth a few extra minutes of waiting.

i didn't want to do this, but they left me no choice. i was hoping that i would be able to talk to a manager but my call was declined everytime after 4 attempts. i got carry out and i was enjoying my food. until as i was eating i felt some kind of hair in my mouth. so i tried to take the hair out but it seemed as if it was stuck in something. since the hair was stuck i spit my food out and saw that the hair was stuck on the inside of my burger.

Hubby says burger was good. Steak frank was ok. Fries are skinny but called steak fries. Staff was very disorganized and sent wrong burger. But nice. Shakes were ok but not the best.

Visited this location on 11-06-20. My family I I were from out of town. The two female employees at the cash register was More than helpful and Very polite! which made the whole Jackson, TN visit a pleasant one. 5 Stars and I would highly recommend!

Steak n shake is Jackson has gone to no waitresses! They had 2 girls working behind the counter and 1 guy delivering you food. That's it! I liked the waitresses! I won't be going there in Jackson anymore. And they offer 24 meal under $4. Well my double burger was$5.89. Any other steak n shake was under $4. The menu was on the was. It was a short menu. It didn't show every thing. It offered 4 burgers. It has gone to just another fast food joint.

Confirmed with employee my order was correct before leaving. Employee lied straight to me, knowing the food I just asked about was not being given to me. Accidentally getting an order wrong is one thing but lying to customers about their orders is. This S&S is usually a fine experience but the lying today is a turn off.
