Typical subway as far as atmosphere goes. Service was fine; I ordered through the app so I just ran in and grabbed the food.

I ordered a double meat BLT, which should be 10 slices of bacon, or at least 8 depending on how stingy a location is, but there were only 6 strips of bacon.

Through the app, there doesn't seem to be a way to make the old chicken bacon ranch with grilled chicken, only rotisserie. We tried teriyaki with no teriyaki sauce and ranch instead, but the chicken still had teriyaki on it. Unclear if they made a mistake or if the chicken comes that way now.

The owner was not very friendly. When we came into the building, he didn't greet us and when we were a little decisve with our order, he seemed agitated! I will never go to the Subway again.

Love it I am the manager and if there is a problem come in and let me know and I will fix the problem and we take coupons and good customer service and fast service.. come in and see us

Went in there Wed and the worker had a snotty nose, screaming, crying kid crawling all over the counter where the food is prepped. It was so disgusting! Don't go in there!

No hairnets on. No tea made. Half of the dining room was "closed".

I found a hair on a green bell pepper on my sandwich.
They were refusing to make tea...were giving away bottles from the cooler instead.
My partner HAS to sit with his back against the wall, and he doesn't like crowds. We were yelled at for trying to sit at a "closed" table. The other tables were crowded and it really set off his anxiety.

This was my first time at this location and I hope it gets fixed. The food at subway was good like always, but service could have been better.

Receipt says I was served by 0926 (server ID I'm assuming).

maybe it was just an honest mistake on their part, but it seemed a little fishy to me.I got rung up for an additional sandwich I didn’t order. It all seemed a little suspicious to me. The way they were acting made me assume it was on purpose. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but their behavior was odd when I walked back in to dispute the charges. They already knew they had charged me for something I didn’t order, because they were apologizing as soon as I stepped through the door..however, service was fine. Food tastes good. Just be careful ordering with a card and double check that you’re not being double charged.

My only hesitation in giving 5 stars is that the computers were not allowing digital payments and the drink machine was down. The Jackson restaurants are frustrating. Some locations take coupons, some don't, some allow gift cards and app use, and some don't. Would be nice to know before we go!
