My only hesitation in giving 5 stars is that the computers were not allowing digital payments and the drink machine was down. The Jackson restaurants are frustrating. Some locations take coupons, some don't, some allow gift cards and app use, and some don't. Would be nice to know before we go!

Unfortunately our local subway does not accept any coupons. The cost for one footlong sub meal was over 15.00. I won't be able to visit as often due to this but good food.

Bring a coat! We nearly froze. Ice and drink machine was still out of order so there was that inconvenience. Food was good as usual and the employees are friendly and the music inside will get your feet to tappin. Turn the air down and the music up and fix the dang ice and drink machine ?
Absolutely nasty. Employees look hateful and make gagging face while making my sandwich. One employee came from outside, didn’t wash his hands and made my sandwich with one gloved hand. Needless to say I did not eat the sandwich and definitely won’t be back.

The Wheat Bread was just a little bit stale but the service, speed and accuracy made it in good balance. The bar itself was arranged properly and very clean. The two ladies behind the counter were sociable, yet professional and worked with efficiency.
