Food was good, like any other subway. Service was fine as well. Was optimistic based in other people’s reviews but didn’t experience anything bad. Employees were not very chatty.
Bring a coat! We nearly froze. Ice and drink machine was still out of order so there was that inconvenience. Food was good as usual and the employees are friendly and the music inside will get your feet to tappin. Turn the air down and the music up and fix the dang ice and drink machine ?

My only hesitation in giving 5 stars is that the computers were not allowing digital payments and the drink machine was down. The Jackson restaurants are frustrating. Some locations take coupons, some don't, some allow gift cards and app use, and some don't. Would be nice to know before we go!
