Called my order in at 330 for a 5:00 pick up got there at 455 wasn't ready I went into the restaurant at 525 to check on my order they were packaging it up but why call in 1and a half early and still your order isn't ready poor poor customer service

My to go order was supposed to be ready at 4:32pm. After arriving and texting “Here” and the to go spot # where I was parked, I didn’t receive a reply. I entered the business, but returned to my car due to the customer line. I sent another text, and another, and another, up until 5:18, with no response, or order. I called and received a reocorded message over and over and over, although in the recorded message, it indicated I’d be forwarded to a team member. Finally a team member answered, and I shared that I’d been waiting for a long time, but my order hadn’t been bought to my car. After a few more minutes, and a total of 1hr and 18 minutes after placing my order, my food was felt to my car. I’ve had some hit and miss events at this restaurant, mostly good, but this was terrible.

Well, we LOVE ..LOVE Texas Roadhouse...it's our go to.. once a week Restaurant in TexasWe moved to Tennessee, and cannot get a decent Steak cookedAs only Texas Roadhouse Does it!!..they offer a signature taste as no one does...We have waited at the Clarksville Tn and the Jackson Tn Locations for more than 1 hours for our Steaks..each time they are dry, overcooked...no flavor....I hope they can amend their cooks ability to get that Texas Roadhouse Steak flavor..cooked to perfectionI will try the Murray Ky lication!..just opened!..Hopefully they do not dissapoint!Come On Texas RoadhouseYou can do better than this!I am revising this post..we sent our overcooked steaks back..we have now been here 2 hoursThe Sirloin Steaks came back Perfect!Thanks for this!!The Mushrooms were forgotten from my order...We will try Jackson Roadhouse again..maybe it was just a glitch!

First, I love Texas Roadhouse. My go to in any town.Sorry Jackson,No rolls were provided for tge first 45 minutes.Then the steak bebacle. I ordered my steak Medium Rare... it took one hour twenty minutes...should be 6-7 minutes each side.It arrived as well done as my grandmother ate.If I want to eat leather, I would by raw hide.Not sure if I will come back here.

Roadhouse was my "go to". However, over time I have come to wonder what to expect with each visor. It's become a 1:00 to 5 ratio whether my steak is done right or not. I like blue rare steaks we stress it four to five times with the waitress and ask her to write it down at first they didn't know what blue rare was, they seem to now, in theory. You can always undercook a steak and put it back on You can't undo overcooked. The second last time we went I set my steak back they cooked it some more and then returned it to me?! Same steak with my cut in it! This last visit was overcooked I I said it was "fine". It was the waitress who suggested I send it back so I did. I waited a long time for my steak finally the waitress went to check on it and it was delivered to the wrong person so they had to re-cook it The manager came,and yes they took it off my bill, she asked me to cut into the steak to which I said it's "fine". It was still overcooked! I was done my husband's meal was cold. And the manager said. "It's no longer on your bill." On my bill or not, we had waited over half hour waiting for a state that should only have taken 5 minutes... I'm pretty sure that was our last visit. I'll cook my own.

We love to come enjoy a great meal and such good atmosphere, rolls are awesome with the honey butter ,never any complaints, and if you use the check in online ,wait time is short,
I order steak and bake potato with salad. The bake potato was rotten. Second was better. Took my wife plate home on her potato was hard. Call and talk to manager and she said she would send me a 10 dollar voucher. Haven't received it yet. Otherwise service was good.

First off - Payton is awesome. She earned her tip in the first few minutes by the way she welcomed us, brought us rolls and talked with us. She is a real treasure.She was let down by the rest of the staff. When we arrived around 7pm on 4/4, there were three folks chatting with each other at the host booth and it took a few minutes for them to acknowledge my presence. Though I asked for a table, they sat us at a booth. It was fine though.The yeast rolls are top notch and I think I’d take a dozen of them over a dozen Dunkin’The rest of our food was overcooked and bland. The kitchen ran out of sweet potatoes while we were there and didn’t let the front house staff know. I found out when a person at the host station yelled across our booth to the booth behind us the situation. This was unprofessional. Payton was left flat footed when my plate similarly lacked the tuber - something she had successfully won an up charge from me for. That up charge had not been removed from our receipt when the bill had arrived, so we had to ask and wait while Payton removed it.Short story, if it wasn’t for Payton, this review would be much different. So clone Payton, turn down the ovens and fix communications between the front and back of house. Oh, and focus on that host stand too…

This Texas Roadhouse is a bright spot here in Jackson, TN. I had a 12 oz New York Strip (medium) and it was perfectly cooked and incredibly juicy. The green beans were tasteful as always being one of my favorite side dishes.

Only complaint I have was the seater at hostess stand. She asked if I wanted to sit at the bar top, told her no I prefer not. She then got mad and turned to the hostess, saying with an attitude don’t know why he doesn’t want to sit at the bar it’s full service. She took me to my table and threw down the rolls and didn’t even speak.
