First off - Payton is awesome. She earned her tip in the first few minutes by the way she welcomed us, brought us rolls and talked with us. She is a real treasure.She was let down by the rest of the staff. This Texas Roadhouse is a bright spot here in Jackson, TN. I had a 12 oz New York Strip (medium) and it was perfectly cooked and incredibly juicy. The green beans were tasteful as always being one of my favorite side dishes.

I order steak and bake potato with salad. The bake potato was rotten. Second was better. Took my wife plate home on her potato was hard. Call and talk to manager and she said she would send me a 10 dollar voucher. Haven't received it yet. Otherwise service was good.
