Customer service today was bad! No manager available. Online orders were not prepared and ready for pick-up at the reserved times. I waited 30 mins to get my 3 items. Others waited just a long, if not longer. The lady at the register was doing her best but did not seem to have a clue, even though she has worked there part-time for a couple years. Atleast she wasn't rude. Other workers just walked by, seeing the line wrapped around the store, not offering to lend a hand. One worker came out and proceeded to have attitude, causing a hollering fit amongst her and customers. Very disrespectful. Cannot rate the food because it is for another day but I will not be using The Honey Baked Ham Company again.

I goggle buiness hours and it said that it closes at 7pm. I got off work at 3 and drove from Brownsville only to get to the store and there's a note on the door stating( CLOSED WILL BE BACK IN A HOUR) why would you leave a note saying be back in a hour ,no one knows what time you left. So I said maybe they left at 3 so I'll just wait until 4 and at 4:19 still closed. There has been about 12- 13 customers to come by since I've been here...UNEXCEPTABLE!!!

I'll start by saying my sandwich was delicious! Thick cut with a ton of flavor. I eat mine plain so can't comment on the condiments. Had the Deep River mesquite BBQ chips they were also good. Only down side is its expensive. Nearly $16.00 for sandwich, chips, and water. Overall though I'll definitely be back bc sandwich is just that good.

We stopped in but left without eating. Only one worker showed up that day and she told us she could only make the ham or turkey sandwich with chips… nothing else on the menu. I went to the restroom while my husband decided if those choices were ok…. There was NO hot water in the ladies room…. Turned the knob every which way and no water would even come out. Had to wash my hands in cold water. We decided not to stay. Very disappointed.
Recent price increase just way too much. Just purchased one of the smaller hams (serves 4-5) and it was almost $60. We had a gift card or would have walked out.

Love their boneless hams. Not as salty as other brands. The turkey is very good also. Their sandwiches are very good. Friendly staff and very clean store.

We ordered a honey baked ham over the phone for Christmas dinner. We went to pick it up as per our order on 12-22-22 and there were two huge lines of people picking up hams. No one was in charge and no one told people which line to stand in. After half an hour, it turned out we were in the wrong line. We were in the line for internet orders, not phone orders without knowing, as were many other people. Another half hour later of watching people getting angry, it turned out that the store was out of hams for the phone orders. Apparently they were selling hams to walk-in customers instead of holding the hams for those (like us) with actual order numbers. We drove an hour and a half round trip to pick up an ordered ham (with an order number) that we didn't get. So many angry customers. No apologies from the employees, just shrugs and "I don't what else to tell you." We bought a ham at Kroger after this debacle. Never again, we learned our lesson. Learn your lesson from our experience. We will never order online, over the phone, or ever step into this store again.
