My husband and I visit Human Bean almost every day for our coffee fix. We were thrilled when we first discovered them, especially since we were used to excellent coffee from our time in Seattle. The staff at Human Bean are wonderful, and their coffee is our favorite in town. However, the flavor is often inconsistent, which suggests the employees may not receive adequate training.
Additionally, the business comes across as greedy, charging for things like pup cups and other extras. Reading the negative reviews from former employees was disheartening and makes me reluctant to support a business that treats its staff poorly.
