Waffle House in Jackson

“What a difference changing locations means. After having to change locations to another waffle House in the same city because of poor service from the waitresses. This one was exemplary and gave superb service can put out a good product congratulations to the owner of this waffle House. He knows how to hire the right people.“

“Thanksgiving morning my oldest son and I wanted to spend a little time together and noticed they were open. These folks have to work every holiday. Every employee is expected to show up on thanksgiving, Christmas Day……. They still had a great attitude and great service. I understand that Waffle House isn’t for everyone but if you love it you love it!!“

“Great food, fast service. Straight and to the point. No pleasantries and no time wasted. It was an environment for getting in and out without wasting time finding out about the waitresses day or having them asking about mine. I was in a hurry to get back on the road anyways. When I asked the waitress for hot sauce, a fellow patron even shared his hot sauce with me.“

“The food is good, the service is terrible, the waitresses are talking very loudly all the time, they don't serve you, they prepare their food and forget to offer more coffee or anything you need, and finally, when paying, you have to leave them a tip. Because if they start yelling at you in front of other people, it happened to me and I felt attacked by the staff. I think that no one is obliged to leave a tip and this should be earned for the service you offer.“

“Visited this location on 11/24/2024 and encountered some of the best customer service at a waffle house location. My server was Yuri ( I'm spelling it like it sounds I'm not sure about the correct spelling). She was excellent and very attentive to customers. The cook on duty between 215pm-3pm did an awesome job as well getting everyone's orders out in a timely manner and everything was plated well and tasted delicious.“
