Service was excellent and the restaurant was clean. You know the saying if you don't have something nice to say then don't say it at all. Well I am going to break that rule today. I frequent this Waffle House many times. Unfortunately, the last two times I've gone I found hair in my food, the grits. Please wear your hair nets, there is a reason for it. I will never go there again.
Fast service, and our server was very nice and did a great job. The place was not crowded...the Food was mediocre at best. I ordered T-Bone steak and eggs with grits and wheat bread. The first T-Bone was way overcooked, tough, and under seasoned. The second was much better temperature, not as tough but also was not properly rested, and all juices ran out when I cut it. My online order: delicious, perfect. The young woman got to me as quick as the other customers would allow. The speed of the making the food, however, was lame, placed the order online 5 minutes before arriving and sat for 15 or more minutes; it was not too busy. What kills me is leaving with a Waffle House order in a QuikTrip bag... Who owns this location, who allowed that?
