We went in the Jackson, TN Wingstop today for the first time in a long time due to some of the issues mentioned by other reviewers.

Me and my husband took our girls here for their birthday and it was the absolute worst customer service and food! We paid $70 and didn’t get half our order! When I went to complain and request a refund the so called general manager told me she was the general manager and didn’t have a “boss” and refused to give me a refund and accused us of eating half of it which we did not!
