Shame how unprofessional and rude employees are!! Why not help apologetically let people know the grill is down.
we waited an hour, had to push the button again. our food was forgotten. we requested a refund and was told not on a mobile order, we ordered at the kiosk there and told them so we did eventually get a refund but goodness.
still same service was there today waited on order never came push call button my food had been just sitting there got it was cold
