I came in this evening for a small snack and Tiffany the manager was extremely rude for no reason. She had attitude and even had the audacity to slam her register.

Took 20 minutes in the drive thru to get our order. Staff were stressed and we had to remind them what we ordered. The food was so greasy and sloppy we ended up throwing it all away.

Don't nobody want to work after while ain't nobody going to want to buy the food. So y'all need to train these young folks how to be more pleasant and how to have good manners. We swung through the drive through for an iced coffee on Saturday, July 12. The young lady taking the orders and payments was superb. She was polite and friendly and even told us to be careful in the rainy weather. The next window, the lady was distracted by whatever drama was going on at her station. This lead to us having a wait for an iced mocha and two cups of ice—-all of which was sitting in the window waiting to be handed out. When she finally got around to handing me the order, she did so with minimum friendliness. On the other hand, the iced mocha latte is really good.
