They always provide the best customer service and have the absolute best coffee drinks I have had! I love the idea if they are local too! Go in the mornings. Afternoon is risky. Really inconsistent it how drinks are made. Had one last night after girls were done texting and I'm sure they forgot to even put coffee in my latte. Just really sweet milk.

This is the only time I've had an issue at this location. Came in for some coffee and breakfast this morning. After about 30 minutes of watching people come and go, I finally go to the counter to ask how long our food would be. At that time there was only one other person in the shop. I work with the public, so I know things get hectic and rude customers make it worse. They tell me sorry they got backed up. No one in the kitchen was cooking, and we were in plain view of the kitchen. No big deal, things happen. After being there for 40 minutes, our food comes out, and we leave due to a doctor's appointment rapidly approaching. Open the food containers on the drive back, and both food orders are wrong. Paid $29 for basically two drinks. If I wanted to pay overpriced for coffee, I would go to Starbucks. Absolutely unacceptable.

The kitchen staff is amazing ! The girls look confused when making orders and often forget to even make them. Twice they have not put my extra shot in my drink, if I pay for it I shouldn’t have to remind them to add it. The old management was amazing. The new management likes to silent fire girls with no warning and lets her kids run around the kitchen near hot stoves. The coffee is basically sugar milk. Never consistent

I used to get a danish there almost everyday but since they changed the recipe they are not good. Please change it back. Employees are always very helping and friendly at this location especially the Jose Luis he has been the constant thru our visits at this location of 60 Beans.

This might be some of the worst coffee I’ve ever had, and calling it coffee is a stretch. I ordered a coconut latte and it was only about 2/3 full and tasted like straight sugar. My husband ordered a cold brew with cream and it was more cream than cold brew. In addition to poor coffee, the girl who waited on us was put out by having to tell me the flavors they offer. I’ll make my own coffee if this is my only option.

Jefferson City location has always been great at getting the order ready quickly, was disappointed when visiting the Morristown location the drinks took a long time to be prepared & the food even longer. Love the Jefferson City location!

I come here sometimes once a week or at least once every month and it's always consistently good. My favorite are the croissants with chicken salad. It's the perfect meal to fill me up while doing my grad school work. Sometimes they are out but if you go early enough they usually have them. The girls are always soooo sweet, friendly, and helpful! I love my conversations with them all each time I come through the drive through.

Two different ladies at the window and they both said they didn't know how to make crepes. It showed. They didn't taste very good and one was cold. Cup of coffee wasn't great either and wasn't very full. They laughed and didn't seem to take their job seriously. I understand it's okay to have fun at work but they didn't seem to care if they got my order correctly or not.
I definitely love this coffee shop. They have amazing coffee. The service is the best. The atmosphere is top-notch.
