So this is the second time I have gone to this location which is located in Jefferson City Tennessee. And they always manage to get my order wrong but I try to give places a benefit of the doubt. But let again they have disappointed me and made mine and my husband sandwiches wrong and when they replaced them I felt like they were aggravated at me and just slopped mine and my husbands sandwiches together I wanted a little extra mayonnaise on my sandwich and they put a ton it feels like a mayonnaise my husband wanted light mayonnaise and they put a ton of mayonnaise on his and just threw a bunch of lettuce and nasty tomatoes and I wanted like 2 extra pickles on my sandwich and they put like 15 on there I could barely eat sandwich it was so soggy and falling apart. And another thing it was so hot and the restaurant the thermostat said 82°the AC was broken me and my husband set an alarm I'm barely could stand the heat my husband was drenched in sweat. So I will not be back at this location cuz I can never get my food right and they didn't have AC we couldn't enjoy our food in the nice cool air conditioner.

I was disappointed when I placed an online order for the birthday pies and got to the window and was told they were discontinued. It broke my heart bc they were absolutely amazing and I only got to try one! But the manager was nice and explained how I could get a refund and gave me a replacement as well. So the service was good. Food tasted alright. Guess I can't complain!

Haven't been inside this burger king in some time, definitely the appearance has improved and was pretty clean today. The whopper jr duo, fries and iced mocha coffee were very good.... there's just something about a whopper or jr taste. Only issue is the person taking the order asked for us to repeat our burger order 3x ( one was no mayo and no cheese, the other was with mayo and cheese) so I wasn't what we would end up with but all worked out ok

They are doing price hikes at certain times like wendys and the rest of the fast food and restaurants are doing the same it all needs to stop. Stop ripping off your customers.
Today is the last time that I will purchase ice cream cups from Jefferson City Burger King. A specific manager has the opinion that customers should only be given half a cup of ice cream or less for their money. I brought this issue up before leaving drive thru last time and young lady at window fixed it since manager had stepped away. Burger King corporate should be embarrassed at this managers cheap tactics to cheat customers for her bottom line. It makes this restaurant look bad and is costing them customers like myself. Apparently, this is happening with lots of other items from other reviewers!

CORPORATE OFFICE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS FRANCHISE!!!!Bought one of their new crispy chicken wraps. They only gave me 1/2 piece of chicken that was literally 3" long & 1" wide. 3 pieces of lettuce and a 2" round piece of tomato. And u could fold the tortilla in half. UNBELIEVABLE! WHAT A RIP. Will not eat there again!!I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Ordered 2 whopper meals, got not even whopper jr's, the burgers didn't even cover the palm of my hand, buns were dry/old, veggies were disgusting!! Fries were old, will not eat at the Jefferson City BK again!
