We ordered gelato cups and sandwiches for our wedding and they were amazing. My wife and I both love gelato. We have had really good gelato and really bad gelato from Europe and the States. We were both a little skeptical at first, but Shawn reassured us that their gelato was something special and they real came through. We would highly recommend going with Gelato Brothers. Everyone is going to love it. Especially their gelato sandwiches.

I found out about Gelato Brother's a while back from a friend. I got to try it for a first time when I was learning how to do videography. It's going to sound biased, but the brogatto is probably the perfect desert to me. I think the espresso they use in it is some of the best I've had unless you want to get coffee in the UAE. The gelato is also pretty fantastic, I got to try a bunch of the flavors and they just hit different.On a side note, Gelato Brother's is owned by some pretty amazing people. I don't hesitate to recommend Shawn to any one. He's one of those people you don't regret meeting.

I have past this place so many times but never stopped because there are never any cars there and it's questionable whether or not they're open. This is coming from someone who indulges in ice cream every single day and goes out of their way to find those "special" flavors. I decided to stop today and check it out and may have found some answers about why there's never any obvious activity surrounding this place. When I walked in, the only apparent employee was visiting with an assumed non employee ( who was not a customer) which was not a huge deal but I felt contributed to the girl's lack of enthusiasm in greeting me, their only customer. The only thing said to me was " Would you like a sample?" It was obvious I had never been there before because of the questions I had to ask due to the lack of a posted menu. I asked if they had waffle bowls....she answered "no". Then I asked "what are your flavors" as I looked all around as though I was lost. At this point, it would have been nice to be offered some assistance with their offered flavors and ways of serving but that didn't happen. I asked for 2 mediums of what looked like cookies and cream. The girl corrected me and said " so 2 scoops of milk and cookies?". Again, no guidance, just a correction to make me feel out of place and interrupting a visit with a boyfriend. I asked for my order to go and thought the girl did not hear this when she placed the first cup on the counter with no lid and gelatto oozing over the edges. I asked for lids and she just looked at me in a daze before she said they didn't have any. I explained that I needed something to cover the items with because I was driving and taking them home. She offered no solutions . I asked if maybe they had aluminum foil...nope . Then I saw sheets of wax/ parchment paper and asked for a couple of those along with a cup holder. I wrapped and secured the items the best I could to shield them from the pouring rain and quick drive home. The price total for my 2 medium cups of gelatto with no toppings ( which I do not even know if they had because I did not see any nor was I offered). $12 even. Kinda pricey I thought but some indulgences are worth it. It was good, really good but I won't go back because of the lack of enthusiasm and the experience as a whole. Had the girl been happy about greeting and serving me and making me feel like a welcomed customer along with being able to properly package my order for take out, I would definitely go back and pay the high price. I don't feel like this small business made any effort to earn my repeated business. Mom and dad always told me parking lots are empty for a reason and this was no exception! Oh, I almost forgot, the spoons given were the ones used for sampling...the real tiny ones. I mean, come on, really???
