Food is hot and good Italian (still prefer Olive Garden in Morristown). Pizza and breadsticks are mid, but the Eggplant Parm is delicious. The only problem is the service. It takes FOREVER to get your food, so just know that going in.

When I called for pick up I specifically asked if they had thin crust I was told yes and then I asked if they still had the family meal
2 Large 2 toppings with salad and bread sticks was told they did and I asked for both pizzas again to be thin crust!!!! When I went to pick up I was not told that the pick up window was closed so I had to park the car and go in and pick up. When I picked up the boxes they were too heavy to be thin crust so I turned around and asked Are these thin crust? And the man behind the counter looked and my receipt and said no they are not and when I told him I specifically asked for thin crust he said oh well sorry and none of the 5 people behind the register offered to fix the problem I was visiting family in Dandridge I think next time I will just go to Little Caesar’s!!!! And by the way you might want to tell people when they call in their order for pick up that your drive thru is closed!!!! We have eaten in your restaurant many times when we lived there and never had a problem 😞

Great service only gripe is every time I've been there, there are 3 or more workers standing behind the reception counter. The front doors are air vacuumed and extremely hard to open. I have helped several old people open these doors. It would be nice it one of the many hostesses would open those heavy doors for the elderly. There is no reason for 3 ton4 workers to be standing around doing nothing. Food is good, ice tea is goos..place is clean and comfortable.

This will be the last time I visit this establishment. They brought us the wrong salad dressing then brought us a calzone when we ordered a stromboli. I will not be back to this establishment.

I love their chicken Alfredo tortellini. It is one of my favorite dishes. The bread sticks are great too. My husband loves their cheese pizza.

Nice place to sit down and relax. We ordered different things the fried zucchini was by far our favorite. The Alfredo wasn't good it tasted bland.
Just left Gondelier drive thru pissed! Called a pizza in 30 minutes before I got there, when I pulled up they had no order in the system for me, and the guy I spoke to asked if I called the other gondelier uh nope the only gondelier I have in my phone is jefferon city. Might wanna make sure the people answering the phone actually puts the orders in. Got 2 salads there couple weeks ago both were wrong when we got them home and no bread. Thanks for nothing. I'm done!!!!
I got the chicken parmesan the chicken was good the pasta was ok, don't get the shop stake my friend got it we think it was ground beef tho, they offer Pepsi products I'm a Coke guy so I went with the pink lemonade.
