I hadn't been in Hardee's in long time but i got started going back they have been really good and nice keep up the good job You have got some good works I came up there today 12/14/24 and they gave the sausage biscuits that i was supposed to get to the drive-thru and then gave me the ones that the drive-thru was supposed to get and they had tomato on them and i tried to call them and no answer so i don't know if i go back McDonald's is closter for me to go to

In 3 m9nths this Hardees has gone completely down hill. Some days they are completely out of everything. Other days like today you wait ten minutes for a sausage biscuit. Then when you get it. It's cold. Don't stop there. Your better off eating at a gas station

rewards scanner not working properly; according to the MOD, no Hardee's has a workong one, other than Dandridge. Rather than taking off the biscuit and gravy when I presented the reward for a free one, was ignored when asking if they are going to honor it still, and the MOD barely even acknowledged us. The younger lady working the front counter was more helpful and respectful than the MOD. Whoever this manager is, she could use a major attitude readjustment and retraining. I've worked at Hardee's in her position before, and the Hardee's way is to honor the rewards/coupon..not ignore the customer who is asking you a simple question. This location has always sucked, tho. To the girl working the front counter when I came in, if you saw this, go work at Hardee's exit 8. Betty Ann will treat you more like an employee and train you *properly*

Every time I go to this Hardee’s something with my order is always messed up. Will never return to this one again. Order two combos with curly frys I only got one Curly fry instead of 2. Ordered 2 milkshake with whipped cream. I got 2 milkshakes that were watery like the thickness of milk and no whipped cream. Would not recommend going to this Hardee’s.

Generally I love Hardee’s. However the Jefferson City Hardee’s I hate. The staff are rude. The wait time is ridiculous. And the food was not good at all

THE WILLIS BUNCH
To say breakfast was disappointing would be an understatement. The best thing about breakfast was Lilly's biscuits they were awesome, the contents in said biscuits, very disappointing. Beware the omelet biscuit, the picture on the menu shows a full looking biscuit, the reality though is a sad looking egg with maybe 3 pieces of sausage..... Also avoid the breakfast wraps...small for them is an understatement. They throw a piece of slice cheese on it. We would have had a receipt but there was and old lady collecting everyone's receipt. Like I said, disappointing...

Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes.Waiting for a mushroom swiss burger watched the females that we're working play on their phone stand at the counter talking doing nothing

Waiting on food for over 30min. Not counting the 20 min it took just to come to the window and get my payment method. After waiting the food was wrong and they gave me someone else’s order the second time. This is the worst fast food experience I have ever had.

Seems like the last week either they are closed or they are out of everything today it was no medium or large drink or coffee cups or omelette mix or cheese or creamer @545 lobby was still closed 3 times last week go through drive thru to be talked to hatefuly when you tell them you want to use your rewards it's like a crime and then they don't even have the size you ask for so what's the point of using the rewards to get what ever size you want because they are always out
First off it wasn't busy enough to make me and other wait in drive thru for 15 mins. When I was Finally at the speaker to place my order I sat for another 2 mins before I said hello. Waited another 2 mins before the lady say anything to me. Go ahead with your order is all she said. No apologies for anything and had a tone in her voice as if I was inconveniencing her. I gave my order and she told me to pull around after she gave me my total. When I get the window she took my payment and told me to pull up they will ha e to bring it to me. I told her I couldn't because there was already a truck there and one behind me and I couldn't go anywhere. She rolled her eyes and shut the window and walked away. After another 3 mins go by (yes I was keeping time) I finally got my food. IT WAS COLD NOT FRESH AND BADLY WRAPPED UP! Like someone did it up quickly and threw it in the bag. I would not be writing a bad review if the food was at least hot and fresh. After almost 22mins I got bread that was cold burgers that where cold and couldn't melt cheese so yes cold cheese too. What a terrible shame this location has gotten to.
Parking: Parking lot had 7 vehicles parked there and if I'm not mistaken 2 where waiting for food from drive thru.
Hardee's at Jefferson City doing a great job best in a long time . Employees and staff we friendly and nice.
