Had the breakfast platter this morning. While preparing to eat my biscuit I saw a hair sticking out of the top. I took the biscuit back to the counter to show the cashier. She called for the young man who was apparently the manager. I showed him the hair in the biscuit, but his body language was made it obvious that he didn't believe me. The hair was clearly baked into the biscuit. Rather than being courteous and conciliatory, he was rude. My husband and I are regular customers. This young man needs to learn some people skills.
