Food is always great but 80% of the time I come to this location in Jefferson City, TN they forget something from my order. Younger me would move on and not be bothered BUT now I have a 3 year old and when they forget his food, I’m bothered. Then I would have to take him out of the car seat which defeats the purpose of going through the drive thru for me. Then the employees get offended that you questioned what they put in the bag. I’d be able to prove my purchase if they didn’t crumple your receipts when handing back your card. I work in retail. I get it. It being consistent is my issue.

Don't get the Tuesday special.. you will not get white meat that usually comes in an 8 piece meal. You will only get dark meat. They don't advertise the fact that you only get white meat. And customer service is a joke..false advertisement in my book.

My daughter took me to dinner & this is the food that was served to us. Should have known when I saw the smoke post right outside the door that the entrance. The disturbing part is that they actually felt good about serving us this food. Were they kind, yes, that's why I gave 3 stars for service & atmosphere.
Chicken was hard as a rock mashed potatoes taste like they were made yesterday gravy was disgusting coleslaw was decent. I had to wait 25 minutes on the food August 21, 2025. Would not Recommend to friends and family

Ordered a 3 piece online. Received a barely warm 2 piece. Went back and let them know. I did receive the 3rd piece, but was told my chicken had just come out of the fryer. As I picked it up with my bare hands and squeezed it.not possible with chicken fresh out of the fryer. I'd at least have 1st/2nd degree burns. 🤷

Went on the drive thru to get food for 4 of my guys and I. And the chicken was the size of a chicken nugget and they didn't give us any straws, napkins, spoons, forks nor plates. We ate the food as if we were cats.
