I really do not recommend them Every time I order My food its not done I have to re-cook it when I get homeThey are always out of everything I order Come on what pizza place has no cheese I couldn't even get a meat pizza I don't recommend them at all that's the last damn time I order anything from them there rude I was asking for napkins boy with glasses looked right at me and walked away i will go to the higher up they need better help and management

Love the one in Powell TN on Emory Rd. Great staff.

Called at least 10 times in 3 months on a weekday without any answer. Went to store & they were playing & not waiting on customers. Then, 1 hr later had to pay a tip for my pizza to be handed across the counter. If you need for this store to run effectively, please hire responsibilities ppl.

Classic cheese pizza made fresh looks overdone. Half of pizza covered in burn cheese marks didnt notice till i got home, but good friendly service.

The pizza was good. However, I had gone in yesterday to pick up my 2 pizzas I had already called in and scheduled for 6p (45 min ahead). 1 was a replacement pizza, which I appreciate. I got there right about 6p. They had not started to even prep the pizza yet and I still had to wait despite calling ahead and scheduling for 6p. It’s not a pleasant experience to have been at work all day, an hour drive home, then still waiting on an order I had called in ahead of time in an effort to not have to wait. Again, the pizza was fine, but service was quite lacking

I went in to order pizza, I stood there with other people and we were completely ignored. The back had workers and one girl was on her phone and never acknowledged any of us waiting to order. I waited 10 minutes and with 2 others we left. I love your product, but that experience was enough for me. I won’t come back.

The Typical Caesars but woth a wait-time. Orders are always correct & and fresh, but they're always backed up, and their building is always hot ? inside with ZERO a/c.. Last visit, I had to walk outside where it was 98* as it was cooler outside than in the building. I truly felt the heat and pain for their workers ?

We picked up hot n ready pep pizza and crazy bread. Got it home and opened the box, the pizza is burnt! Way over cooked and disgusting!!! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the bread is hot n fresh.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Every time I go they never have anything ready except for the bread sticks it's always a 20 min. Wait but I thought I'll give it another chance.. nope not anymore. Online says 10 pm but it's 9:30 so don't waste your time just drive to a better pizza place or go to the Morristown location, I've never had a bad interaction with that location

the manger chole was rude to me while i was in there the other day and screaming at her employees and being disrespectful to her employees that was work especially the cashier I think her name was michelle and this is uncalled for and i will not come in there when she is working u don’t treat ur employees like that all
