My boyfriend was treated very badly and not with good customer service at all! he was allowed in by someone in the store & while other people were in the store being serviced also. Idk if she was the manager or what but she was a little skinny person, w yuck mouth & Caucasian..yelled and spazzed out on him and treated him like he wasn’t a paying customer who had the right to be in. Must I add the other people being serviced were Caucasian my boyfriend is not I feel it was racially motivated and trust the service will not be needed anymore nasty people get nasty karma. I've been ordering from this McDonald's fairly regularly for the past year, but I think today was the last time I go there. I did an online order for an iced coffee, sausage biscuit, and a hash brown and when I pulled up in the drive thru there were 2 cars in the inside lane (lane 1) and I was the 3rd in the outside lane (lane 2). I don't know what happened but the inside lane got their orders in and pulled around before anyone moved in my lane. I was about to switch lanes but then our lane started to move so I figured ok I guess that guy ahead had a big order. Well, the same thing starts to happen again where the person in front of me isn't moving but we must have had 4-6 cars get their orders in on the inside lane. It was so bad that the person behind me got out of line, drove around the restaurant, got in the inside lane and placed their order before I had a chance to even talk to someone. The person in front of me finally gets their order in and now it's my turn but I sit there and wait while seeing one or two people place their orders in the inside lane and once I heard the next person acknowledged on the lane 1 intercom when nobody has said anything to me I came unglued and drove up to the window to explain my frustrations. I give credit to the ladies who had to deal with my cranky self as they were very apologetic but I don't think I've ever been this frustrated at a fast food restaurant experience. It would be one thing if they were just busy and neither lane is moving, I get that, but it's absolutely maddening to see a bunch of people getting their orders very quickly while you're stuck in the other lane that is being ignored. Is there no technology or people in place to prevent this from happening? Is there no camera that shows nobody moving in lane 2 while lane 1 is moving quickly? How can a restaurant full of all these employees have no idea they have people waiting and waiting in line while taking order after order in the other line? It's even more frustrating that I had already placed my order online, but I don't know what the point of that was if I just end up sitting there anyway. I ended up being late to work instead of being early and feel like I was ignored and had my time severely wasted. On the plus side the food was pretty decent so had I been on the inside lane it probably would have been a great start to my day, but instead here I am writing a review about how angry I was to be ignored like that.

If i could leave negative stars i would, i don’t leave reviews usually ever, but only if something is that great or that bad. I cannot express how horrible my experience was here. On August 13,2025 at around 9:50pm I placed a simple Carmel Sundae mobile order for my fiancé and sat at the drive thru for over 30 minutes, mind you no one’s inside and it’s not busy at all. No one would talk or take orders, there was a guy that eventually came out to take trash out and on his way back in I asked if they were still open and he said yes confusingly and asked what was wrong. I told him we’ve been there for almost 30 minutes and no one will answer or take an order. After he went inside he came back out shortly with another trash load, and a lady spoke and said to give her a moment and she’d take our order. 10 minutes goes by and she wouldn’t say anything or respond. I decided to pull up to the window since I had a mobile order. A employee and manager were just sitting there talking and gave me a very nasty look before opening the window. After telling them i’ve been there for over 30 minutes and i placed a mobile order, they went and checked the screen and made our sundae and couldn’t even fill it most of the way. The sundae was the least of my worries, however my fiancé was upset about it, but the service was absolutely horrible. So careless and disrespectful. For a manager to be there as well and she was condoning the bad service since she was aware customers were waiting and not taking initiative to take care of them is pathetic. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had and i’ve worked in customer service for almost my entire life. Very poor service.

Tried to order food for the family and I was greeted on the speaker with “what do you want?” First off that’s extremely rude. I finally told her my order and then I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my food just for it to be cold and nasty. I tried talking to the manager and she wouldn’t make it right looked at my receipt and told me she couldn’t help me since it’s been 20 minutes already. Are you actually serious? I WAITED THE 20 MINUTES FOR MY FOOD. I didn’t even leave the drive through as she made me park for my order. I had asked one of the employees what the managers name was and they told me it was shawna. She is probably the rudest manager I’ve ever had contact with at this location.

Usually have no problems with McDonald’s in the weekdays the staff if all super nice, but on the weekends it’s horrible. Drive through workers are extremely rude, and hateful. I did a mobile order and still had to wait 5 mins after it was supposed to be done, then they gave use the wrong thing and had to remake it.
Workers need to be nicer to customers especially if they are the ones that messed up the order

We stopped by the DT and tried to place our order and were purposely ignored. I thought the speaker might be broken because it made a popping noise, but when the employee finally spoke and said he wasn't doing nothing on purpose it worked fine. He refused to take our order so we had to go speak with the manager. When we told her what was going on she automatically said Landon and told another employee to have him come up front. He refused to come up front. She mentioned she had been having trouble out of him that she had gotten on to him about his phone a few times. (evidently he had been on his phone and not paying attention alot). She took our order, made sure we got our food, apologized for what happened and said Merry Christmas. She had been having issues out of Landon for a few hours he should have been sent home. There was no call for him treating us like he did. Landon needs to be fired, suspended or something.
My food was cold the workers didn't feel the need to give customer service I've been in management for fast food and if the drink or ice machine was down my ass walked out to the lobby to get my customers drinks. I'm very disappointed in this store and the customer service you're lucky I don't call quality control and report your store for selling cold beef especially since yall just had a salmonella outbreak issue customer trust is a big thing if you lose customer trust your store sales go down and that grounds for a store closing no matter how big the chain is!!!!!
