We stopped by the DT and tried to place our order and were purposely ignored. I thought the speaker might be broken because it made a popping noise, but when the employee finally spoke and said he wasn't doing nothing on purpose it worked fine. He refused to take our order so we had to go speak with the manager. When we told her what was going on she automatically said Landon and told another employee to have him come up front. He refused to come up front. She mentioned she had been having trouble out of him that she had gotten on to him about his phone a few times. (evidently he had been on his phone and not paying attention alot). She took our order, made sure we got our food, apologized for what happened and said Merry Christmas. She had been having issues out of Landon for a few hours he should have been sent home. There was no call for him treating us like he did. Landon needs to be fired, suspended or something.

My food was cold the workers didn't feel the need to give customer service I've been in management for fast food and if the drink or ice machine was down my ass walked out to the lobby to get my customers drinks. I'm very disappointed in this store and the customer service you're lucky I don't call quality control and report your store for selling cold beef especially since yall just had a salmonella outbreak issue customer trust is a big thing if you lose customer trust your store sales go down and that grounds for a store closing no matter how big the chain is!!!!!

every single time I place a mobile order for curbside I wait for 30 min wtf is the point of order ahead I've watched the drive throu clear 2x provide the service or don't offer it at all 30+ in and I ordered 45 50 min ago for 4 items

They do not do pup cups anymore apparently 😢. I always get a double cheese burger with HEAVY ONION. and somehow they just never put any on there fries r never HOT TO ORDER.. BUT SERVICE IS QUICK IN THE DRIVE THRU.. LOL HUMM BUT OTHER THEN THAT IT IS A FAST AND CONVENIENT

Daughter went in and placed a order for the 5.00 meal and came out charge for 2 Chickens and a fry because she was using a code from the app for the fry when I went back in to get it fix the manager on duty litterly said she didn't have time to do the tefund. And I was not fixing to waste more money to be charged again to get what she ask for the first time

Stopped by the drive thru. Had to repeat my order four times. Twice at the drive up screen, once at the window when I paid and then at the pick up window. When given my food and proceeded to sit at the window waiting on my drinks. Had to then repeat my drink order again. Was handed my drinks covered on the contents. Asked the employee for napkins to which she threw a handful at me and walked off. Another employee refused to give me my receipt, kept closing the window when I spoke to him and then refused to give me anyone’s name for me to contact the proper individuals to complain. The service was terrible all around. The behavior of the employee and the stand in (blue shirt) was equally unacceptable.
